The property is very beautiful and comfortable, located perfectly on a quiet street in the heart of Mandraki. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it for a couple or family. The owners are extremely helpful and always available. They accommodated our requests very kindly and sent us tips ahead of our stay. Greek hospitality at its finest! Would definitely come back!

This Hotel is a Gem, they pick me up at the Ferry and took me back very early in morning. Breakfast was excellent with a cake baked by the owner her self, room was spacious with everything you need. Just go stay their!

The location of the hotel was perfect- just a short walk from the port and town center. The room was very clean and the size adequate , the shower worked great, the geothermic pool was excellent(and fresh filled daily) ,breakfast was very good, the staff was very accommodating and our hosts were super friendly . Awesome value for money!

We loved our stay at Perivoli. The location is amazing, great views of the sea. Very tranquil, the place has been created with a lot of love and attention to detail. I just left from Pavlaina and I can't wait to come back! It's the perfect place to relax. The owners were super helpful and kind during my stay, they gave me tips and information in order to enjoy to the maximum the island.The studio is beautifully decorated and clean, with lot's of amenities. The location is ideal as it in the middle of the must see places in Nisyros. I will be definitely back in the future. Thank you!

Fantastic property, fully renovated to high standard and beautiful interior design. Relatively large kitchen, well equipped. Fully comfortable stay, attention to every detail ie convenient and well designed lights, availability of laundry, ac in every room, double windows, window fly nets for control of mosquitos etc, TV in 2 rooms. Host absolutely superb and super kind: she helped us with everything and exceeded by far my expectations. I fully recommend this stay, there was nothing more I could have asked for.

This was an excellent base for exploring Nisyros from, and it's just a few minutes from the main square. We loved the well restored whitewashed apartment, it was actually larger than we were expecting. Plenty of cooking equipment in the kitchen and the owners were very helpful people. Very good value indeed. We counted 14 unused electric sockets!

The place was amazing! The apartment is just perfect. The view from the terrasse is also beautiful, we enjoyed spending the evening there… The beds were so comfortable also! We slept well, we had a great time. The village of Nikia is also soooooo beautiful and it is so nice to have dinner on the central square at the restaurant La Porta, take time to rest, drink and eat, and then go back “home” just next door… One of our favorite place in Dodecanese.
