First of all, I came across a lot of bad comments about the hotel. These comments were mostly about the room not being cleaned. I have not encountered such a situation. The most accurate comment I can make is this: Generally, hotels are worse than they appear in the photo. This hotel was better than it looked in the photos. Breakfast was diverse and delicious. The rooms were very spacious.

Beautiful place, excellent breakfast, extremely friendly staff. We had a room on the upper floors with sea view, which was very nice. Relaxed time at the beach. We were very happy to have stayed there. An extra note has to be made on the beds - they were so cosy, it was difficult to get out.

Our stay at Anna Island was amazing! Everything was top-notch – the room was super clean, luxurious, and had everything you could possibly need. We loved how there were plenty of pools for every mood, whether you wanted a quiet spot to relax or a lively pool with music and cocktails right in the water. The food was also very good, and since we were lucky to be here during their first season, the prices were incredible. Definitely a place worth visiting again!

Such a wonderful place to stay! The room was comfortable, with an amazing mattress that ensured a great night’s sleep. I loved the sea view and the jacuzzi—perfect for relaxing.     I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kriopigi! I want to express my gratitude to a few special staff members who made our visit exceptional. First, a big thank you to Dimitrios restaurant manager. At the hotel's restaurants, the team of experienced and attentive staff truly goes above and beyond to fulfill your dining wishes. Their warm and courteous approach creates a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that your dining experience is not only delicious but also a true reflection of genuine Greek hospitality. I want to give a special shoutout to Nicolette, the lifeguard. Not only did she do an excellent job ensuring our safety at the pool, but she also recommended the best places to visit. Thanks to her, we explored Athitos, Kalithea, and Khanioti, all of which were amazing. Nicolette is the best, always ready to help everyone with anything they need. I hope she will be here next year too! The pool area is great, with free sunbeds and umbrellas. Nicolette did an excellent job and made us feel very safe. A big thank you to the shuttle driver who took us to the beach. He was always nice and made our trips very enjoyable. I loved that there were friendly cats around the hotel; they added a charming touch and were not disturbing at all. Overall, our stay was perfect. We've already shared our experience with friends and highly recommend Hotel Kriopigi. We hope to return next year as well!

    PARADISE FOUND It has been a month since we returned from the heavenly hotel. The hotel is surrounded by forest at a height where the air is filled with the smell of the sea, trees and rose bushes. Well-groomed paths around the hotel, a beautiful restaurant complex, smiling waiters and a cozy shop where you can buy everything you need. But the main surprise was waiting for us when we went down to the hotel's chic beach on the red dreamlike elevator, with panoramic windows, observing the beautiful landscape around the hotel. A sandy beach, where there are always free places, the purest magical sea, from which it is impossible to take your eyes off. But I especially want to mention the young reception staff: beautiful, friendly, smiling George, Yannis, Zuriko, Maria and Joanna, special thanks to you. I really hope that next year I will return to you again, with a large family: children and grandchildren. I really want them to get in touch with the charm of this amazing resort.     Location, even if it is isolated and far from everything, it was nice and quiet, fantastic atmosphere around, great combination of mountains and sea. The breakfast and dinner were included and it was very good and big variety out of which you could choose. Big and spacious room with sea view was extraordinary. The personel was friendly, respectful and helpful with everything we needed all the time. Fish night at the restaurant, included in dinner was fantastic, with 3 kinds of fish grill.

    We got an upgrade to junior suite, so the review is for that. The room is big and comfortable enough for a family with child(ren). Good and strong air conditioning system, silent refrigerator, two TV sets. Fresh towels every day. Breakfast is good and quite varied. Pool area with kids waterpark is very nice. During the day and in the evening there are also activities for children and adults as well, like karaoke.

    The place is suitable if you are visiting Greece on budget. It is very crowded and it s a nightmare to find a parking spot. We visited few traditional tavernas( Ouzeri Las Pas,Villa Ella ( has live music) and had very tasty greek dishes :tzatziki , Greek salad, fried zuchini, fried white bait, aubergine salad, grilled sardines, stuffed peppers, chicken souvlaki. The prices are reasonable.

    The room is in a great location. To get to the beach you have to go down a few steps. The view from the terrace in front of the premises is impressive. In the evening, the area is very quiet and peaceful. The hosts are very welcoming and responsive.

    It very beautiful calm place where you can go as well as with family also with group of friends or even by yourself. There many places to see and enjoy. Beautiful beaches and tasteful restaurants nearby. Perfect place to relax and regain your strength!

    Polychrono is a small town with an excellent promenade and sunset views. There is a large choice of tavernas and restaurants. In the evening it is bustling with shops, bars and children's activities. There's a really good variety of shops for browsing.

    This is a beautiful town and the people there are very friendly and will to help where is possible. To get the best experience while visiting it would be advisable to rent a car as there are some amazing beaches in the surrounding areas that are not accessible unless you take a taxi or rent a car

    Avatel Lodge is the great place to have relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Everything was beautiful and convenient. The room and facilities were clean and nicely set up. We were welcomed by Ms. Yulia, who was so nice, welcoming and helpful, with whatever was needed. Breakfast was great and variety of choices. Nice and cozy walk down to a private beach, with clear water and easy access. Chilling by the pool was also great. Thank you all for welcoming us to your paradise!

    The place is nice, it has a nice seafront, the sea is clear with great visibility. The beach is not to deep, on some places you can barely fit a chair between the wall and the water. I visited in August, and it was very crowded. Good thing is people dont get to the beach very early, so for early birds, its a great experience. The place has a small amusement park for kids, lots of restaurants at the beach with sea view. The food is good, and not too expensive. The place is very safe and quiet. Bad thing is that THERE IS NO PHARMACY. If you need something you will have to drive a short ride to a near by town.

    Small and quiet village with very good houses. However one thing that we didnt like were the taverns. Pizza and pasta places in Greece feels a bit like a joke. The few traditional taverns were a bit overpriced and the food was not that good. Not to mention the fish taverns at the end of the village… quite bad. The only place that i can actually recommend is the gyro place in the beginning of Paliouri.

    Small town with a couple of decent options to eat - 2 fish tavernas, 2 gyros places, 2 patisseries, 1 pizza place and 2 beach bars. By car, 15-30min away you can find more options in the neighbouring villages.

    Sani as a location is nice.

    Sani as a location is nice. The marina is maintained nicely and the area around the hotels is lovely. The area is one of the most expensive places in Chalkidhiki. The sea is absolutely lovely, sandy and clean. We went to neighbouring places to eat as we didn’t feel like paying £42 for a plate of risotto.
