Wonderful family-run hotel right by the water. We decided to stay on our way to Meteora from the airport after a late landing. When we arrived after midnight, we were pleasantly greeted by a nice gentleman. The room was spacious with a large patio. When we woke up for breakfast the owner had provided an amazing breakfast with fresh veggies, homemade jam, and even picked fresh fruit right off of the tree for us after asking if we would like oranges. When they saw we had our water bottles, they offered to fill them with fresh mountain water! My husband and I both commented on how we wish we had more time to spend at this quaint establishment. We will absolutely stay again if we ever find ourselves in the area. Sending a big thank you again to the owner and gentleman of this place!

We loved this place so much that we booked an additional night. The staff is extremely friendly and helped us out when we couldn't come back from a long walk because of closed routes. The rooms have everything you need and the city center is on walking distance (be aware that it is pretty hilly!!) All in all, the place is great and we love to come back.

Pretty luxurious for the price. Spacious room, exceptionally clean. Staff very helpful even late at night. The only problem is with the parking but it is sort of the same almost everywhere in Greece, so no surprise with that.

Really super nice place I had some doubts before going but after I went actually the place is much better than the pictures and it’s. Super clean and super quite the sizes of the rooms are quite good and the rooms are cleaned very well everyday the best part about the place are the owners I felt like I’m staying at my friends or family place they also had kids so my son was super happy playing and they were very kind and helpful I highly reccomend the place and the owners are the best thing about the whole place really you feel home and there’s a shared kitchen which rarely anyone use but you can cook easily and there’s a dining table in the shared area outside and very beautiful garden and flowers so I highly reccomend it again

    We picked this hotel as we wanted to have easy parking at 4:00am (wedding) and not be in the center of the city in hot July. Plenty of parking, all of the reception staff were very friendly and professional. Check-in and check-out was easy. Room is a nice size with comfortable bed, excellent air conditioner (108 degrees Fahrenheit the days we were here), great water pressure in the shower, good size TV, nice little balcony and the entire hotel is very clean. We did not have breakfast, so can’t speak to that. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Lamia.

    This was a cute farm with a tavern and petting zoo. We didn't realize this was much more than an AirBnB. Everyone was very kind and our kids loved running around with chickens and geese. Food and drinks were very nice and convenient, Christopher was accommodating and it was apparent the facility was built with love.

    Lamia is just the capital of the perfecture of Mainland Greece! So there is not much to do in the city if you are there on vacation except the castle and hot springs around Lamia as also trekking routes around Lamia

    We were very happy with the staff. They were super polite, helpful and cheerful. The lobby was very nice, yet the rooms were a bit outdated but still what more important - clean and comfy! Recommended for one night stay when break-downing a trip (Note: due to the speed limitations in Greece these 13 km detour from highway of Lamia to the hotel takes around 40 mins! But the view of the mountain - as per my uploaded pic - from the lobby and the song of the cicadas is amazing!)

    Like last year, PERFECT!!! Great Hospitality and discretion. Privacy and safety. Total comfort. Superb location on the seashore. Car parking in the yard, access to the electric gate. Fully equipped kitchen. Large and comfortable rooms. New furniture. Air conditioning (hot & cold) in each room. Huge living room with exit to the terrace. The second gate of the property directly to the beach and the sea. Terrace with shade and comfortable furniture. Green lawn and trees. Place arranged for barbecue. Everything you can want, you can find here. You have your own luxury villa with car yard, terrace and garden, directly on the seashore. It's like a dream come true! Thank you, Thanasis!

    Karavomilos was a very convenient pitstop on our way back to the Southern Peloponnese. The hotel is very clean and the room had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Our room was near the main road. They do have bungalows in the garden which would be quieter.

    If you're looking for sandy beaches, this place isn’t it, but the small rocks are easy to walk on and perfect for swimming. It can get windy, as it’s a popular spot for kitesurfing, but the mornings offer very calm waters until around 1 PM. As a runner, it was amazing to wake up in the morning and go for a run along the water. The route is about 5 km from one end to the other, offering stunning views the entire way. We didn’t get a chance to eat outside of NISI because the food was so good that we wanted to try more dishes. Every meal was a delight, making it hard to resist staying in to enjoy the excellent cuisine.

    Glyfa is a calm, quiet and small town, from where the ferries leave for the island of Evia, which is about 20 minutes away by ferry. Daily cruises depart from the port to Skiathos Island and Skopelos, which are 2.30 minutes away by bike. There are taverns, bars and shops in the town. The beach is sandy and rocky, not very long and wide, but there are beach bars and the sea is shallow and calm.

    This was an out-of-the-way hotel for us, and we were not sure what to expect. However, we were pleasantly surprised first by the beautiful town and the central location of the hotel. The town is ideal for a quiet weekend getaway- very little traffic, several restaurants within walking distance, and amazing sea views. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were large. Towels were nice and the WiFi was strong and free. Lovely reception and easy check-in and out.

    This is a place for those who like to walk, like nature and fresh air. It is not hot. We found a tavern nearby with very fresh and tasty food for lunch. In a small supermarket we bought some food for breakfast. They also proposed a variety of honeys of excellent quality.

    Beautiful area. Natural thermal springs. Plenty of taverns and restaurants. Reasonable prices . Stunning scenery. Lichodonia island opposite is a perfect day trip.Mitsis Galini Hotel allows use of spa and pool for a small fee !
