We stayed for 2 weeks at Maistrali. Marcella and Nikos made everything perfect and we are very grateful. The accomodation was perfectly clean, the breakfast fresh every morning. They helped us with everything we needed 💜 Nikos also speaks Romanian and Marcella italian. They have a nice familly, always dedicated to their guests. Nikos is cooking every day, very good traditional greek dishes. Thank you guys!

Our five-night stay at this boutique hotel was absolutely perfect from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such warmth and genuine care that it truly felt like we were staying with family. The highlight of our mornings was the outstanding breakfast, freshly prepared for us each day. The freshly squeezed orange juice was a refreshing start, and the homemade pancakes were an absolute hit with our daughters – we would be so grateful to get the recipe! What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service. Panos, the owner, is an incredibly kind and caring host. His generosity is remarkable, and he went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, assisting us with every request, big or small. Panos and Georgia, we cannot thank you enough for your warm and attentive hospitality. You made our trip to Rhodes so special. Arriving quite late in the day at reception we were greeted by the manager and another member of staff who made us feel very special indeed. We were given a welcoming drink and our cases were quickly transported to our room. The location of this fairly new hotel is perfect for the traveler who wishes to be in the middle of everything. The staff could not do enough for us and we had an extremely nice and comfortable five days here.

    The hotel's greatest asset was undoubtedly its staff. From the warm and friendly reception at check-in to the impeccable housekeeping services, every member of the team was committed to providing top-notch service. The hotel's entertainment team deserves a standing ovation! They never failed to keep the guests entertained with their fun and engaging activities throughout the day. The pool area was well-maintained, and the poolside bar served refreshing drinks to help guests beat the heat. The hotel had a variety of slides, catering to different age groups and thrill levels. Our older kids enjoyed the thrilling twists and turns of the high-speed slides, while the younger ones had a blast at the milder slides, specifically designed for their age.

    No words can describe this hotel but WOW!! I thoroughly loved my stay, the staff, the beach, the restaurants and the pool lounges were amazing. I didn't want to leave. The rooms have everything you need and more. The breakfast was like eating in a fine dining restaurant, had everything you could imagine. And the spa retreat, heaven, I had to drag myself out of there, it was so good I could have stayed there all day. I will be staying here again when I visit rhodes, highly recommend to everyone.

    The food was lovely and there was always something to chose from regardless if you are a meat eater or if you are vegetarian. The pool was fantastic with a choice of a small one for smaller children and family pool with choice of depths, plus a pool with slides. Cyprotel Faliraki is a lovely, clean hotel, with lovely staff, superb entertainment shows and there is absolutely not one thing I can fault. Many thanks to everyone who made mine and my son's stay - an amazing experience :)

    The most outstanding experience of Kos town was the people. Everywhere we went we met kind, friendly and generous people. Everything in Kos town is within walking distance from the beach to the old town. Numerous restaurants cater for every need from a simple Gyros to exceptional seafood dishes.

    Fakiraki town itself is not very pretty and quite jarring but the bays and beaches nearby are stunning. Top restaurant to eat at was Eteon in Falkraki main street - wonderful authentic food and service!

    London is a touristy but living and working town.

    London is a touristy but living and working town. It has the benefit of safe beaches for families and lots of bars and restaurants. The hotels are at the edge of the Lindos basin. You need to be quite mobile to cope with the walk up or it is taxis. For this reason it is better to go self catering in the town if you not need a pool or the comforts of a hotel. Beware hotels that say they are in Lindos but can be some way from the centre, meaning taxis are a must to get back and forth with limited options at they hotel if you do not.

    Lalyssos was a quick transfer to the airport.

    Lalyssos was a quick transfer to the airport. It has a pleasant beach, with frontline hotels. All the people I met were warm and welcoming. It is easy to get to Rhodes Old Town by bus and takes approximately 30 minutes. Top tip take water, the buses can be full and hot. Also just by a one way ticket each way. You don't need a day pass. You can tap on with your debit card on the bus. There are bars and restaurants on the road down to the beach. Try @mondbarrhodes cocktail and pool bar. The cocktails were amazing, Also try Joni's bar, also very welcoming, and if you want to watch sport For a Greek taverna go to Platons The beach has windsurf hire. For the best patisseries/cakes go to @cakebox.cafe There are lots of great excursions. Try @holidaysessential I used the family run company and have only praise. They have lots of different excursions. They have three offices, one is in Lalyssos. There is an acropolis on the top of the mountain in Lalyssos but it is quite a hike if you do not have a car. There is a little tourist train that cost 9 euros per adult. A great way to get your bearings. I loved it here, I felt safe as a solo traveller, and there was no problems at all.

    Lovely friendly place!

    Lovely friendly place! Loads of shops for tourist tat, places to eat (the Rock Island bar has a singer or band most nights) - Michael is the door host - the staff are pleasant and friendly. FBI for food - really, surprisingly lovely! Peris for food - service can be a little slow - but food nice. Spar - quite expensive for certain things, we used A&B supermarket as well. Pebbly beach - we only went to look and take sunset photos. A slow walk into Ialysos takes about an hour, go for food there and wander the shops, it's very quirky in places! Pavements can be a little "up & down" and rough in places. You can buy cat food for the cats, they're appreciative-don't touch them though! Municipal bins for rubbish - emptied daily. Bus to Rhodes is cheap and they run well - even on Sundays! Most shops close Sundays. People are very friendly and there isn't the expectation that you'll come in to their restaurant or bar (not like in Rhodes where we felt quite hassled at times) just by checking their menu outside. There is crazy golf about 40 minutes walk away - get the bus though as it means you won't have melted by the time you get there! There is a small bar there too which is very nice to sit in and have a small refreshment. There ARE crossings on the main road (no traffic lights or pelican crossings) but just step out slowly and most drivers will stop/slow to let you cross...it can be a bit like the old arcade game "Frogger" at busy times though!

    Beautiful landscapes and promenade by the port… it could get too touristic at times, and the yachts could block the stunning view. Beaches are great with mesmerizing turquoise water, but mostly rocky with pebbles, the island is lacking sandy beaches.

    All staff amazing except the pool service bar.

    All staff amazing except the pool service bar. Not attentive enough, had to go for drinks myself to be told we will come to you then it took at least half an hour! One of the lunches that I ordered eventually turned up and was completely cold, the guy shrugged his shoulders and said it was the kitchens fault! Shame really, the rest of the place and the staff were really good. The on-site restaurants are amazing.

    Location very good only 10 minutes taxi ride from airport Nice resort plenty of cafes/restaurants Only downside for me is that The Rio Hotel could do with a few more rooms ..it is extremely popular

    We had a great family stay and especially enjoyed the friendly staff, fun pool activities, and the convenient location near the beach. The animation team and pool bar service were highlights of our stay. What we didn’t like was the limited selection of nonalcoholic drinks, the extra cost for water despite having all-inclusive, and the outdated room standard. The beach also had a rocky seabed and unclear water, which made swimming less enjoyable. Overall, a good experience with a few areas that could be improved.
