Amazing, really a hidden gem. Staff is super friendly, pool is great, reception very helpful (we needed a driver for a day), restaurant with good food. Breakfast is ok. The wine cellar is also amazing, really beautiful boutique hotel.

Big thanks to the Front Office team at the hotel! They went above and beyond by upgrading us to an executive suite and providing local sweet treats with wine. Despite full occupancy, they even managed to accommodate our room change request. Outstanding hospitality and a warm welcome from Front Office manager Giorgi and his team, especially Sopo and the others. I'm absolutely delighted with my first stay at a Holiday Inn - such a memorable experience!

    Beautiful resort in beautiful setting, many attractions in nature that we loved like horse riding, lake kayaking, forest spa, etc. Many restaurants to choose from. Staff was super helpful and attentive. Resort is super clean , there is much attention put into its gardens and many swimming pools. We were surrounded by nature and animals and it was so beautiful to watch. Calming yet interesting stay for me and my family and we will coming back.

    A cosy room with a fireplace and all the necessary facilities. Exceptional mountain view. A playground for children, a wine shop, a swimming pool with barrels-jacuzzi outdoors, a restaurant with tasty dishes, and an excursion to the wine cellar with wine tasting. Helpful and friendly personnel. Tasty breakfast. Every minute spent there is lovely and valuable. I definitely would like to come back and recommend it everyone to visit.

There is no other town or city like this in Georgia: Old historical castle walls, cobblestone streets, little old houses and magnificent views in all four directions.     My stay was perfect!

    My stay was perfect! I visited all of the dinning options and each one was terrific. The staff was great and the recreation facilities are amazing. I enjoyed the spa and appointments were easy to make. I spent a lot of time walking around the lake and resort. The scenery is beautiful--especially this time of year. I'm coming back next year to enjoy the outdoor pools and facilities.

    One of the best preserved wild natures in the world; a magnificent region for those who love hiking, nature, mountains, etc. You can stay longer and follow a camping route, or you can stay for 3-4 days and do daily nature walks. Or you can just sip your drink and read your book in a peaceful and serene way, alone with nature.

    Great location but the town lacked restaurants.

    Great location but the town lacked restaurants. On Friday night we had to taxi out to a restaurant located near the border crossing. It was good but it would be nice if they had a good selection in town. Most places to eat are associated with guest houses and not necessarily open to the public. The reserve was great. It was beautiful, well-signed and had helpful staff.

    This is one of my fav places in Geo and i keep on coming back whenever i have free few days. Great staff, great breakfast... indoor pool i would say most cozy among all indoor pools in Geo. Cant wait till my next visit.

    My group as forced to leave early because the gas went out...

    My group as forced to leave early because the gas went out in the hotel and there was no hot water!!!!!! Nice golf course but it is hard to enjoy yourself if you can't take a nice shower in these expensive hotel rooms. BAD BAD BAD service when the General Manager of the hotel did not respond to my two emails that simply and respectfully asked for a room credit instead of a refund. When I got not response, I contact my credit card company who reversed my payment. AVOID this rip-off hotel as we will in the future. Life is too short and there are too many options to have to settle for such bad treatment.....

    Nice place to stay when travelling from Lagodekhi to Stefanstsminda. We stayed for two nights. Hotel has a nice ambiance, swimmingpool, very good restaurant. For wine lovers a great place! Nice monasteries can be visited as well.

    An old city with warm, friendly, hospitable people, very cultural and beautiful, with best restaurants and cafes. With a five century old royal castle right in the center of the city and quite a lot of historical buildings, monasteries, fortresses, a noble palace around the city no more than 30 minutes' drive.
