Decent facilities and fascinating view! Quite amazing value! Having this view with excellent treatment by the staff and tasty breakfast made it unforgettable. There were complaints about the elevators but I had no problem, I guess you just need to skip using it about 12 pm which is the rush hour of check outs during the high season

Beautiful and well equipped suit with an amazing view towards the Black Sea and batumi harbor. It’s in the 40th floor and there is an amazing buffet with great and various food at the same floor which makes it unique to the rest of the floors of the tower, also there is a private reception. We had an amazing experience at Hotel Leonardo in Kobuleti. The location is perfect, just steps from the sea and very central. The breakfast exceeded all expectations – each day offered a different variety of delicious options, freshly prepared and beautifully presented. Our room was cleaned and refreshed daily, which made our stay even more comfortable. The hotel has a lovely pool and a relaxing terrace, perfect for both families and couples. What truly made our stay special was the kindness and warmth of the staff – always friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. This was our first time staying at Hotel Leonardo, but it definitely won’t be the last. We are extremely satisfied with both the service and the atmosphere. Highly recommended.

    Kobuleti is a truly wonderful place to visit. The town has a unique charm, with a beautiful seaside, fresh air, and a relaxing atmosphere. It’s perfect for families, couples, and anyone who wants to enjoy the Black Sea coast away from the crowds. The hospitality of the locals makes the experience even more special. I would definitely recommend everyone to visit Kobuleti – it’s a hidden gem worth discovering!

    Kvariati is a small, peaceful town (but still developing), with a small number of small shops and restaurants, where prices cannot be called low. The beach is with small pebbles, it would be good to have special beach shoes. The sea was not very calm and transparent when we were there.

    Being very close to the border with Turkey, there is, unfortunately, TOO MUCH heavy truck traffic on the only highway along the beach. Be CAREFUL (walking) crossing the road to the beach! There are PLENTY of authentic Georgian restaurants serving great salads and cold beer!)))

    If you want to get away from the crowds and noise of Batumi, this is your place. Marshrutkas/buses come by regularly to and from Batumi, but the traffic there makes the ride about 30 minutes. Both the national park and botanical gardens are in Chakvi.

    Be careful of this host on all aspects.

    Be careful of this host on all aspects. He mentioned that he speaks 3 languages and literally he told me that he doesn’t speak English. His friend guest in the place smoke everywhere and he doesn’t hold himself from doing gas in the hallway or in the kitche. The cigarettes smell are everywhere. I spent 2 months and 24 days and the host rejected to change my sheets or the bed set. Keep an eye on them just to stay safe.

    Not much to see in the town, but it's a good base for exploring upper Adjara. We were there in March, which had snow and rain, so perhaps it's more charming in the summer months. Plenty of basic services in town as well.

    Kobuleti is a nice small town on the Black Sea beach.

    Kobuleti is a nice small town on the Black Sea beach. We stayed in a hotel with breakfast and ate dinner in small cafes which are plentiful, with good local food and quite reasonable prices. We moved around on foot and in a rented car. The beach is fine, safe and not overcrowded even at the peak of the swimming season. Everyone speaks good Russian, as a Russian speaker you have zero communication problems.
