Room very good. Staff excellent.
Room very good. Staff excellent. Had a small issue with TV which was sorted very quickly. Restaurant excellent. Bar had a good atmosphere. It's not huge so has a 'personal' feel. Felt it was well located for the Town Centre and Iron bridge Gorge, each being around 5 miles away.Guest review byMartinUnited Kingdom - 10.0
The town was clean and very picturesque.
The town was clean and very picturesque. Lots to see and do i.e. visit the castle, Laura's Tower, the jail, quarry park, museum, market hall, library. Local people very friendly and spent time telling you where to visit, how to get to places.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0
A beautiful old town with lot of very good ancient pubs.
A beautiful old town with lot of very good ancient pubs. The church is spectacular - but then it does get 5 stars in the 1000 English Churches guide. Th castle - although a ruin is well worth a visit.Guest review byBrianUnited Kingdom - 10.0

The Victorian town at Blists Hill is well worth a visit as is a walk over the iron bridge. There are plenty of places to eat and drink. Ironbridge is best discovered on foot and there are carparks so you can park up and do this.Guest review bySimonUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Bridgnorth is a pretty market town with a funicular lift from the High town to the Low town. The river frontage is very pretty. There are cafes, pubs and restaurants. It is the home to the Severn Valley Railway. Very near to the beautiful Shropshire Hills and various National Trust properties. The Ironbridge Museums are excellent and very near. Also the RAF Museum at Cosford is near. Near to the M54 motorway for access.Guest review byDMC TravellerUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Bewdley is an interesting place and has a lot going on during the summer months. Apart from the organised activities, such as the annual beer festival, there is the riverside, the steam railway and the museum. Plenty of shops and places to walk.Guest review byAnneUnited Kingdom - 10.0
We had a lovely weekend visiting university daughter.
We had a lovely weekend visiting university daughter. Stayed at The Swan Inn on Lower Bar. Loved the short stroll to the high street and shopping. Very friendly locals. Lots more to do than we had time for. Had Sunday lunch at The Lamb Inn at Edgmond - highly recommended. The architecture of the buildings along the high street was lovely.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0
