- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.8Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 261 reviewsEventing from start to finish. The communication before our arrival was smooth and the staff were able to provide enormous help to organise our transfers to and from the resort. Then our stay was exceptional from every point of view! The location is absolutely amazing, with an amazing reef just a quick swim away. Facilities from the bures to the common areas are spot on clean and well maintained. Food is great too! But the most amazing thing that will make your trip worth your while is the extraordinary hospitality of the entire staff! 100% recommendedGuest review byMatteoItaly
- From US$164.05 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.3Very good - What previous guests thought, 890 reviewsStunning location, beautiful coral reef for snorkeling in front of the resort, the room has comfortable bed, the food was really great, and staff are welcoming. There were always some activities going on - free & paid, we also enjoyed the walk around the island to the other side - "sunset beach". Particularly I would like to highlight the restaurant area with almost 360 views. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely will be back.Guest review byVeraNew Zealand
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.9Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 978 reviewsHaving 3 different beaches was amazing, our bure was perfect, with a private access to the beach, the garden was really well maintained but the staff was the highlight of the place, they make us feel very special and they took care of my injury that I made with reef on my feet, so much love, thanks guys!Guest review byguillaume
- From US$174.55 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.1Superb - What previous guests thought, 482 reviewsReally friendly staff, plenty of activities. There could be a half board option, as three big meals per day is way too much. The food was really good though, better than Octopus resort, but the beach on Octopus is nicer. The small hike up the hill is very nice and the cave trip is a definite must!!Guest review byMigleLatvia

We wanted a homestay run by locals, so we got an authentic experience. No roads, no cars, only walking tracks and hiking trails. Wonderful. They are isolated, so no shop, I would recommend taking sachet coffees etc if you like more than instant. If you get inspired to want to help them (as I was) you could think of taking snorkelling flippers and leaving them there, or packraft paddles (they come apart), or a yoghurt maker and powder packets to make yoghurt. Some books, games, or big maps of Yasawa. We had a week, which was just right....but didn't get to do all the activities we intended to. Too nice being relaxed and even lazy. The ferry ride there is fun and interesting and they supply complimentary transfers to and from accommodation. South Sea Cruises. Apparently there is a supply boat from Lautoka once a week which is much cheaper.Guest review byRowenaNew Zealand - 10.0

Gorgeous island - beautiful beaches, coral reef, and the island itself is lovely - you can go on a mountain forest walk as well as be on the beach. Delicious food, and lots of activities - we enjoyed the mountain walks, the beaches, diving, snorkelling and also just relaxing by the pool, trying out the yoga classes and massages and also the trips to the nearby local villages.Guest review byGaliaAustralia - 10.0

The world underwater was the most incredible thing in the island. Also the short hike with 3 lookouts was really special as well, the views from the top are just incredible! The Barefoot Manta resort really meet our expectations.Guest review bySaez Rodenas - 8.0

This is a very special place, great location, peaceful, quiet, clean and easy to get to - perfect for taking a break, relax and recharge from the usual busyness of life! The resort offers great views of the ocean, one of the best sunset we have seen, clean white sandy beach, local food and culture experiences, snorkeling, handline fishing, swimming with Manta rays and many other activities. Most importantly, you will be taken great care of by an incredible team of staff led by Paul and Liti. Special thanks to Nimi, Peci, Anne, Rusi, Fane, Sai, Api, Lai, John, Rauga and La. We miss you all and looking forward to be back soon ❤️😊Guest review bySanaeNew Zealand - 10.0

Very windy when i stayed which was a bummer but the room and its bathroom was very nice and private. I would highly recommend getting someone to take you to blue lagoon beach across the other side of the island over the hills as it was stunning and a great swimming spot! Near Nanuya Island resort.Guest review byDeclanAustralia - 10.0

I liked the relaxing vibe of the place, was nice just to chill in the bure or hammock or do activities like kayaking or hiking the trail over the hills, which is a great photo opportunity overlooking other fijian islands.Guest review byDeclanAustralia - 10.0
Beautiful small island resort - the bush walk recommended.
Beautiful small island resort - the bush walk recommended. Eating was at the restaurant with a set menu. The ferry takes 3 hours - next time perhaps the helicopter would be better so we didn't have to stay on the mainland a night at each end.Guest review byMelW86New Zealand
