Personal was so nice and polite, breakfast was amazing!! Pools were great as well. Being able to rent a car in the lobby was a solution. Rooms of the hotel are great. Stayed for a week. Was perfect.

Amazing hotel! The rooms and clean and new with all amenities. The hotel’s territory is an amazing space, well kept and so green. Hotels design just takes your breath away. The stuff is so kind, helpful and attentive. We had a celebration during our stay and they were kind enough to bring us a bottle of complementary champagne. The bars, restaurant are top with the nicest atmosphere and best service and best cocktails and drinks. Live music in the evenings just makes the view even more magical. The view from the gym is just out of this world. This is hands down the best hotel to stay in Tenerife. Could not recommend it more! Look no more and book it for your stay, you will have a lovely vacation!

I liked everything, this hotel has more than you need even if you only want to spend time on the premises. This location (Adeje) is top in my opinion, and is way above Las Americas, Los Cristianos or other places in the south of Tenerife.

Very clean and beautiful hotel. The location is really good and you have everything around in a walking distance. The pools and waterpark was great fun for kids. Unlike many other places where either pool is so crowded or no sun bed could be found, here you had them always available, so no rush for those. The breakfast was fine and the restaurant was big and beautiful, so even at busiest time, there were no queues or shortage of space. The cleaning staff were really excellent and efficient, and whenever we went back from breakfast , everything was clean and tidy already. Overall, really great place where you can relax and enjoy. Would recommend it!!

We mainly chose this hotel to access the beach easily, and during our stay we could enjoy the beautiful public beach in front of the hotel very conveniently. Another reason to choose this hotel during booking was the fact that its architecture seemed nicer than a big standard 5 star hotel. During our stay, we loved the design and architecture of the hotel. It gave us an impression that we were in a big cosy summer residence of someone with a great taste. Each corner had a charming decoration. The nature is preserved in the design. We could climb up stairs in open air by looking at different elements of the hotel without getting bored. The staff were experienced and friendly.

    the property was nice great for families we all enjoyed the pools , the food was nice and fresh with plenty of choice every day nice coffee machines and cold drinks for kids any time of the day , location was great, the reception staff which varied every day were fantastic and very helpful , staff in general where great especially Alberto he was fantastic lovely to the children and always very welcoming in the bar and restaurant, there was 2 staff members which put a dampener on our break we had a all inclusive premium package which was not worth it every time these 2 staff members were very rude banging and slamming and not nice to the children this was at the restaurant and the bar.

    I liked everything at this place. The villa I booked was clean and if we had any problems the staff took good care of everything we needed. I have to give a shout-out to the lovely hotel manager Alejandro Flores for this part in making our stay so wonderful, along with the guys at the bar who were extremely friendly to me and my family. Jorge is a name I have to mention regarding the service there also, because he made the stay even better. I would stay there again and I will recommend this Hotel with my friends.

    Really hard working people, always helpfull reception assisting with directions or with locked cards in room, perfect cleaning every day, good lvl spa service, nice funny peps at restaurants.hotel it self in good location for exploring island, resort type big one, perfect for families or couples. heated water in one pool in winter, in summer season i think even more fun, nice decorations plants trees. Room ok, not so exclusive but comfortable king size, ok bathroom, balcony with horizont on ocean. price ok.

    Staff is very friendly and helpful, I liked the swimming pool with sea water (very good service with towels rent, just 2,5€ it was very useful for us). The room has all the necessary equipment, and the location is good (many different restaurants near by). We never had a problem with parking space as there is always available space near by.     We really enjoyed our stay in Adeje. It’s a great location for anyone looking for adventure and fun. I came with my teenage boys, and we loved: Siam Park Jet ski and other sea adventures Go-karting Beaches and shopping We hired a car to get around — driving was easy and there’s plenty of paid parking near most places. The weather was hot, but that’s exactly what we expected. Food was very good, especially at the beachside restaurants — you can find all types of cuisine. The area is very tourist-friendly. Overall, it’s a fantastic place for families who want both relaxation and exciting activities.

    The area is perfect for all ages It is desired by adults for the wonderful view it offers. The long walks with the different terraces that invite you are a dream. The important thing is that the beach is public everywhere and is not private. Accommodations have very good prices. 4-star hotels are around 120 euros per night. For young people there is nightlife with parties on the seashore. Food is for all tastes. - there are higher prices for quality food as well as lower prices. The menu of the day costs 13 euros.

    We stayed 4 nights in LC and 7 nights in Adeje.

    We stayed 4 nights in LC and 7 nights in Adeje. LC- It’s gone down hill. Streets are tired. People begging. One gentleman I spoke to had his gold chain ripped off his neck in broad daylight while walking with his family. (He was with his wife, daughter and grandson). Wouldn’t go back to LC- Adeje is far more upmarket, nicer and safer. Stayed in Gran Tacande

    Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Local supermarket very handy. Quiet for those that don't like hustle and bustle of a lively resort. Would recommend the Lava Beach Cafe in Golf Del Sur for breakfast or lunch. Also the Wild Geese pub for drinks and food

    As my husband is not very mobile, El Medano is ideal as it is mainly flat and easy to walk. There is a wooden boardwalk along the sea front. Restaurants, shops a large square and a childrens' play area are all within easy reach.

    A lot of nice beaches with restaurants and bars for all ages, starting point to El Teide mountain, close to airport, the city is very clean and neat. Big disadvantage is public car parking, it's very hard to find some, so we parked in underground garages, which cost more than the rental fee itself.

    The town is quiet but has plenty of restaurants and supermarkets to choose from, all within walking distance. There is a great bus service which allows you to travel to other nearby towns on the island, including Los Cristianos, Las Americas and Costa Adeje and is a very cost effective way to get around.

    This is a quiet area, which was nice for a family visit. If you want more bars and nightlife this is not the area for you. Some small restaurants and cafes with a good range of menus. Supermarket and bus stops also in the area. Good bus service for exploring other areas and attractions.

    A peaceful place relatively close to the Southern airport. Has a few small grocery shops and some friendly playgrounds. Everything can be reached on foot in Palm-Mar. If you have a car, you can get to nearby sandy beaches (e.g., Los Cristianos) easily. A great place for those who like walking, running, and hiking. You can walk along the ocean, run on paths inland, and hike on nearby hills/mountains. We found Trigo a great value for money to eat. Lots of Italian dishes, too, prepared by true-blue Southern Italians.
