We had a wonderful experience with this hotel. Everything was clean and tidy. They serve great breakfast, so I recommend taking it. Don't see any point to go elsewhere to grab the breakfast. The best option to get to the city is the E1 bus, in my opinion, it's closer and drives fast. Just stop at the Atocha - Prado stop. The neighbourhood is also quiet.

Absolutely bueatiful interior design rooms had good soundproofing but there was no kettles, however there is a coffee machine which is also good. It’s 40 minutes away from central Madrid by train but again, beautiful building, similar hotel may cost double in central Madrid.

Location quite good. It's a walking distance from the park, accessible for pharmacy and other dine in restaurant. And always maintaining cleanliness of the room. I really enjoyed the metro accessibility to most tourist destinations. The receptionist is very helpful and well accommodating to our enquiries.

The breakfast was a delicious, the cocktails were great as well. The rooms are so nice, the bed is so comfortable and the overall experience was amazing. We highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Madrid. We have been to Madrid before and we love Plaza St. Ana - which is around the corner (coincidental) and our beloved book store from the desnivel magazine is 1 min. walk as well. Prado is a foot walk away as well the Plaza Mayor, the Opera, the Palace, Gran via, Chueca..... If we come back to Madrid again, for sure this is the choice :)

    A very beautiful hotel with a unique architectural touch — each floor is designed by a well-known designer or architect. We stayed for just one night to attend a concert by our favorite band at a nearby stadium, so the location was perfect for us. We were given a room on the 6th floor — it was bright red and made quite an impression! I also recommend taking the elevator and stopping on each floor to explore the different design styles — it’s a fun experience. The room itself was interesting, and the bathtub was huge, beautiful, and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast — good variety and a pleasant atmosphere.

    Excellent city with great transport, albeit slightly...

    Excellent city with great transport, albeit slightly confusing method of payment as you can apparently share a transport card. Free travel for under 5s. The city isn't crazy busy in August despite its size, and seemingly lots of locals on holiday. Pick your eateries wisely, as you should be able to eat out for very competitive prices. Small number of places try to rip you off. So try to eat off the main squares or in the suburbs. Felt safe the entire trip. Lots of play parks if you have kids and want to distract them. Mercado San Miguel, Plaza Mayor, Plaza Sol, Santiago Bernabeu & El Retiro Park are a must. Recommend Txapela for pinchos joy on Gran Via. Gorgeous city. Great weather. Great food.

    Wonderful place to be.

    Wonderful place to be. Residents there are friendly and helpful. A stranger came to my rescue when I ran out of Wi-Fi connection. He called a taxi for me using his mobile and asked the taxi driver to drive me from Elcatar Metro Station to my hotel room at Hotel Los Angeles

    Historical and gorgeous. Lots to see.

    Historical and gorgeous. Lots to see. Food is amazing and cheap. Everything is walkable. Dont need too much time to explore all of Alcala. Highly suggest the empanada place and visiting the Cathedral. There were also some travelling shows going on in the square that seemed interesting. That is where you follow the actors to different locations which enhances the atmosphere of the show.

    Great place to stay.

    Great place to stay. Large rooms with lovely view of the city and next to the mall that was very convenient. Didn't like that there was no tea or coffee making facilities in yhe rooms. Also no ironing facilities in yhe room but you can request from reception. Breakfast was excellent. Would stay there again.

    This hotel has king size beds and large rooms, usually larger than the ones I stayed in the U.S. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom very large. The breakfast buffet is amazing. It has everything you can imagine from cereal and toast to eggs, bacon, and cold cuts and cheeses. It has an airport van that takes about 10 min to get there because it goes against the traffic rush. The staff is very professional and friendly. I always get great service. The only problem is that the AC/heating is centralized, so if the heat if furnace is turn on and the room is hot, one can only open the windows which is to a busy street.

    Pinto is a sleeper town for Madrid, the hotel was located amongst residential apartment blocks. It is only a few miles off the motorway and is convenient for visiting Madrid, Toledo or Aranjuez to mention a few, or as we did to break up a long car journey. It has many parks and there are restaurants for all tastes and pockets, but on a Sunday night few were open beyond 21:00. Having said that we had the dog with us and had a great kebab in the park!! Good place to stay especially if you have a dog with you.

    It was a great economical stopover. It was difficult to find a decent meal. Plenty of fast food restaurants if you enjoy that type of food, but would have liked a proper meal hotel spotless, staff helpful, good location for one night stop on way to Santander

    A delightful place to walk around with a buzzy feel and sense of history. The Palace Gardens are a must and there are delightful little cafes and bars tucked away that are worth seeking out. The Postas Taperia was a gem of a restaurant - wonderful food at affordable prices with simply delightful staff.

    It is a new apartment with glimmering white walls and kitchen appliances. The shower has excellent water pressure, essential after a long flight. They are conveniently located near Las Rozas Village and Heron City. The owners are friendly, and the beds are comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We came back for two more nights!

    We stayed for 3 nights, sight seeing and visiting family in the area. The town is on bus and train routes from Madrid and to other towns in the area. We have mobility issues so as well as using the train we used local taxis. We ate at a variety of restaurants in the square just up from the hotel.
