The staff were the kindest, friendliest and most professional guys you could hope to meet. All of them knew my name and took an interest in how my day was.
The restaurant was excellent, the housekeeping team were fantastic. The hotel is spotlessly clean.
Thomas and Mina at reception dealt with any query quickly and always with a huge smile. When I wanted to visit nearby archeological sites they arranged everything from a driver to liaising with the tourism police ( who were professional and helpful themselves).
The restaurant staff even made sure the Liverpool game was on TV for me❤️
I felt welcome here and highly recommended the hotel!
