We had so much fun that since we are back home we dance every night with your move:Yallah Yallah!; GYM attendant: Mr. Mohamed is the best physioterapist ever. He helped us a lot for our back problems and teach us good exercises; POOL guardian: Ayman was taking care of us every day and always with a smile; RESTAURANTS: ALL your team is amazing, very professional, always making sure that nothing is missing from our table, also CHEFS who serves the food explained always what they were serving; Our favourite restaurant is MASHAWI Restaurant: we would like to mention an amazing service from Abu Gabel, Ebd Al Ram, Hamad, Hasan, Osman and all BAR Team and Ahmed Gaber Anicar. Every day we take our Espresso at the LOBBY BAR and we dont order cause Hamir already knows it and he bring it to us also very good service from Abd Alla BREAKFAST at the Sultan Buffet Restaurant usually served by Ahmed a very helpful and professional guy. The woman of the bread: I wish I was able like you to do my bread A very big thank you to Mr. Yasser working @pier and pool, we speak so much with him, he knows everything about turtles and dolphins 2 MAINTENANCE guys doing a job with some tubes in front of the yoga room by the beach and they spend only 15 minutes, did the job perfectly and always with a smile; GARDENERS taking amazing care of your beautiful plants PAINTERS fast and professional; Please excuse us if we forgot to mention someone really ALL the staff is amazing. Where do I even begin - I wish the stay could have been longer. Jaz Riviera is phenomenal - the perfect balance of elegant, modern design considerations and uncompromised principles of hospitality. Everything from arrival to the very point when you leave, is special. We arrived in the morning, hours before the standard check-in time of 14:00 and Abdallah immediately assured us that a room would be prepped and we should head to breakfast in the meantime, while they finalise. We were given a free room upgrade and settled in the room by 11:30. The food, the beverage options, the variety of restaurants and ample seating between pools and beachfront is unmatched. The service and attentive staff of Jaz Riviera is truly what makes it world class - to our newfound bestie; Abdelrahman, as well as the entire wait staff between all the delicious meals - We are truly in awe. A truly priceless experience and an experience that will be repeated soon. Up to the very last moment when we are checking out to leave and Mahmoud at the front desk helped to organise our transfer to Hurghada- nothing is ever too much to ask for the Jaz Riviera team.

The breakfasts are very good and plentiful. If you have the slightest request, do not hesitate to talk to them because they make your life easier. Thanks to Mostafa, we were able to discover 2 incredible beaches with crystal clear water. Also, we went several times to the GOBUS agency to get our tickets to Cairo but without success. The latter was constantly closed. Mostafa called to have the agency open especially for us. Without his intervention, we would not have been able to purchase our tickets. The team is very cheerful and they will always do everything for your well-being. they are very helpful. We needed a hairdryer, Mostafa found one for us. Also, there is room service, which is very rare in Egypt, outside of resorts The place is very clean, very quiet, facing the beach and only 2 kilometers from the center. The bedding is exceptional. I recommend the place with my eyes closed following my experience.

We loved everything from the moment we approached this hotel! Charming and very attentive and caring personnel, great Egyption breakfast nicely served in a wonderful dining room, very clean room and bathroom, really-really well mantained 112 years old bilding with nice old things everywhere which we greatly appreciate! Absolutely fantastic location at the sea front! We strongly recommend this hotel for a truly Egyption experience! Will definitely be back here again!

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by Mr.Hosni Abdel Magied, the guest relation manager, an extremely professional and attentive person, ensuring that all our needs were met and that my stay was as comfortable as possible.He went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful experience and all of our group of four truly appreciate his efforts. The resort is situated in a stunning location, right on the Red Sea, with breathtaking views of the sea and the surrounding landscape. The crystal-clear waters were perfect for snorkeling and scuba diving. The beach was clean and well-maintained, and I enjoyed lounging on the sand and soaking up the sun, as well as near the heated pool in the vicinity of the Pool bar, where we enjoyed the fantastic cocktails expertly crafted.The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, with a fantastic view of the sea from our beds, with all the amenities I needed to make my stay enjoyable.Every day we came back from the sun bathing we were welcomed by very nice towel ornaments decorated with flowers and purple basil. What a wonderful scent! The food was absolutely delicious and varied, with plenty of options to suit all tastes and the restaurant`s location by the Red Sea made for some of the most breathtaking views I have ever seen. We enjoyed local and international cuisine, many types of grilled food, fruits, mouth-wattering deserts, accompanied by a large variety of soft and alchoholic beverages.But what really made my stay at Akassia Swiss Resort so special was the staff. I cannot helped myself not to mention Said, the most friendly and hospitable waiter always eager to assist with anything we needed Overall,our stay at Akassia Swiss Resort was exceptional!

The location of the property is excellent, just a few minutes from the airport, the services are extraordinary, nothing is missing, free wi-fi, extraordinary cuisine that satisfies all the tastes of the various guests from all over the world. Unexpected holiday that far exceeded expectations. My extremely positive comment is especially for those who work within the structure who know how to make the stay very familiar. I therefore thank the general manager Atef Osman, an exemplary leader attentive to the satisfaction of his customers. special thanks to the factotum Mahmoud, an exceptional guy who accompanied us throughout the holiday. Thank you thank you thank you Mahmoud. In every resort there should be a person like Mahmoud who does not abandon his guests and was an important link that united us guests with the structure. All the staff work with a smile, happy and transmit their serenity to their customers too. I thank the two chefs Ahmed and Osman who are always ready to cook with all their commitment and ability, bringing out delicious dishes from the kitchen. The kitchen manager Ahmed Ali was a fantastic, unique person and above all very good at his job. I had the opportunity to meet equally special people like Wafe who monitored everything in the pool with a careful eye, Wael who accompanied us to the wonderful Italian restaurant Dolce Vita, Hassan, Abanou b, Beshoy, Alaa all excellent waiters and staff of the structure. With these people the holiday was extraordinary. The spacious, clean rooms, all with balconies or outdoor spaces facing the sea or swimming pools. Pools with warm and clean water, fun slides, very engaging and pleasant entertainment and above all a pier that leads to a wonderful coral reef. Three corners Happy Life is a guarantee in everything. One word to sum it all up: EXCELLENT

    It was very close to the Abu Dabab beach, which was one of the best beaches I've ever been to, with amazing snorkelling, sunbathing and diving opportunities, and some nice bars to get some cold beers. The rooms were clean, cosy, and comfortable, and the area around was full of flowers and greenery, which gave such a nice feel to the place. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, always making sure we were ok, and the food in the restaurant was great. This place is great for SCUBA divers or people who like to spend most of their time by the ocean.

    It has been a great experience! Shams Alam is located in the best place of the Red Sea, where you can swim with the dolphins and to see the famous dugong. You can reach Shams from Marsa Alam airport in less than an hour! Every members speak english, italian and deutsch fluently. The cook Mohammed and his staff prepare international and local food every day, three time a day. The chambers are enormous and beautiful! Let me say thank you Shams! We will carry all of you, in our heart!

The concept attracts a certain type of clientele, mostly divers, who are not there to party and make noise but to enjoy and respect nature. Wonderful to disconnect.

There are already so many wonderful things to do like snorkeling, diving, massages and especially the many activities offered by Captain Mahmoud's extraordinary team and the high quality shows performed in the evening.     The Alaya hotel guests has a private beach area at Coraya bay, my husband and I were given a lift there by a golf cart. Alaya staff greeted us at the beach area ,attending to our needs. providing beach chairs, umbrella and bar service . The swimming are is great, water is clean and warm. Snorkeling and scuba diving is available. I did snorkel and it was a great experience.

    Very quiet town, simple and the sea is amazing.

    Very quiet town, simple and the sea is amazing. You can swim anywhere. No so much facilities ( food places, supermarkets,..) and pharmacies located around hotels. Weather is hot, limited gas stations and road is not preferable to be taken at night.

    Nice place to stay for one week if the weather is OK.

    Nice place to stay for one week if the weather is OK. Very good place for snorkeling or you can watch coral reef directly in the harbor without being wet. Just bring slice of bead and you will see a lot.

    I love Marsa Alam and Abu Dabab most, as far as the Red Sea goes. My favourite place of all time is the Concorde Moreen Hotel, with the Hilton coming a strong second. We only ate at the hotels, because our time was limited. I used the taxi service offered online by Booking.com, which I found to be very efficient and reasonable. But I am also a seasoned traveller in Egypt and do not find it difficult to negotiate with taxi drivers. (It can be very useful to ask Chat GPT first what an average trip should cost you, if you are unsure, and then use that as a guideline for your negotiations.) It's an amazing experience to go out on a boat, but picking the right one can make the difference. I will be leaving my review on our experience separately (as it warrants a whole story on its own :))

    The sea was beautiful.

    The sea was beautiful. Unfortunately strong winds kept me from going into the sea. We stayed mostly in the lagoons. There was no access to sea from the beach, only from the pier. The life guards were good and attentive.

    Beach area we were in wasn't the greatest,no swimming area ,too shallow and rocky not sandy.Took quad ride out in desert was fun.Lots of fish to see on reefs,water very clean.marss Mubarak has resident dugong and turtles but didn't see the dugong on our visit.Overall nice place ,a bit on the windy side but nice relief from heat.

    I mentioned everything in my review, what I liked and didn’t like. Mainly, I noticed that someone bought a quad bike tour, and they were taken just a little way behind the hotel to ride on a pile of sand for a short while. There was trash and plastic all around, a complete wasteland—nothing pretty. I’m used to greenery, which I understand is lacking in this destination, but I definitely wouldn’t buy an overpriced camel or quad bike tour. Especially because, in that heat, it wouldn’t be an enjoyable experience for me, and with the trash around, definitely not. I did a diving trip, but it ended up being canceled. Unfortunately, they made us leave our things (like backpacks) in a place where locals were moving around, and we had no way to secure them. The original plan was that we would be on a boat. In the end, it didn’t happen, and that was probably for the best. I booked the trip through Booking. I had no particular expectations, even though we were supposed to see dolphins. Eventually, I arranged for diving, and I enjoyed it. Since I’m already a diver, it was easy, but when I saw how they even turn diving into a business, it bothered me. I saw parents forcing their 12-year-old daughter to try diving. She was crying, didn’t want to do it, but the father insisted because it was paid for. I watched her struggle and feel uncomfortable. It saddens me to see that everything can be bought with money, and that’s just wrong.

    The staff was nice , food was good, No snacks between meals for kids around pools Just one place to bring towels in the section just couldn’t find one at aqua park Only one show at every night You could find 5 restaurants and it contains numerous kinds of food It’s nice place , many huge swimming pools
