Our stay at this hotel was excellent from the very beginning. Upon arriving in Cairo, a hotel driver was already waiting for us, making our transfer to the hotel seamless and comfortable. Additionally, we needed to add an extra night to our reservation, and the hotel staff managed it without any issues. The staff was outstanding at all times, providing us with great recommendations on what to do in Cairo and Giza. They even helped us arrange private drivers for all our activities, which gave us a sense of security and allowed us to enjoy our visits in an organized and stress-free manner. Breakfast was spectacular, with an unbeatable view of the Pyramids of Giza. As for the service, all the employees were top-notch—attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. Without a doubt, this is an experience we would repeat. Highly recommended!

My stay at The St. Regis was truly exceptional from start to finish. The hotel exceeded all my expectations in every way. One of the standout features for me was the impeccable cleanliness—every corner of the property felt spotless and well-maintained, creating an atmosphere of pure comfort and luxury. The on-site restaurant was another highlight. The quality of the food, the presentation and the variety offered were all outstanding. Every meal was a delight, with fresh ingredients and thoughtful service making each dining experience special. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and feels brand new with a modern yet elegant aesthetic throughout. What truly sets The St. Regis apart, though, is the staff. Every team member I encountered was incredibly professional, warm and genuinely eager to help. Their attention to detail and personalised service went far beyond my expectations. I left feeling thoroughly impressed and very happy with my stay. The last day I was suffering from food poisoning (NOT from the hotel food, I didn’t eat there), and they assisted me greatly.     The hotel is fantastic, all the facilities, the pool and the bar, the sunbeds. The dj was spinning great tracks during the day. The staff are friendly and helpful, from the Reception to cleaners, the chefs, the lady who baked the bread, waiters, whoever I met they made my experience great and excellent. Especially Sheriff the conciergie and Reshma ( I do not spell well her name, Receptionist lady), and Mohammed from Reception, he has a great sense of humor he fixed so fast one of our problem with the door and the maintenance guy, well done to them. The cleaners are doing a fantastic job, our room was spotless every day! I hope they are all recognised for their hard work.

    Excellent customer service from the entire staff, especially Mr. Marco, who fulfilled our wishes perfectly. We were celebrating our anniversary with my wife, and the room was decorated for us in advance. We also received an excellent cake. Overall, the service was outstanding and we were very satisfied. All the staff were friendly. The only small downside was the noise from the street, but that’s something the hotel can’t control. All in all, a wonderful experience.

    Despite the majority of 'tourist areas' often being heavily congested - Cairo has ample space and things for people of all ages to see and enjoy. From the pyramids, to Sphinx, Museums, parks and Cairo tower - to sampling pigeon, Cairo has it all, and more!! Highly recommend Cairo for a weekend / long weekend / week getaway where you can indulge in anything and everything from luxury boutique hotels, day trips, dessert safari, Nile cruises, or relax and unwind whilst enjoying some fine dining, local cuisine and soaking up the sunshine. Local hospitality is amongst some of the best I've experienced around the world and one of the many reasons I will continue returning to Egypt!

    Terrible Experience - Avoid HOST PRIME APARTMENT IN REHAB! I recently booked an apartment through Booking.com with HOST PRIME APARTMENT IN REHAB for my family, including young children, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. The host, Abdulaziz, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The air conditioning didn’t work, and neither did the washing machine, which made our stay extremely uncomfortable, especially with kids. To make matters worse, two hours before our scheduled check-out, Abdulaziz turned off the electricity, leaving us in a terrible situation. This company is a scam, and I would strongly advise anyone, especially families, to avoid booking with them. The lack of basic amenities and the host's unprofessional behavior made this the worst experience we've ever had. I expected much better from a property listed on Booking.com. Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere.

    i had been stay for 4 days and tenant offer anther apartment rather than the one i book thru booking , calming it will be more comfort with a family of 5 members and frankly speaking from day one , washing machine , Wifi was not working and cleaning hygiene was acceptable since we found Cigarettes pods on the floor and end up with black out for electricity due to tenant was not charge enough money via electrical card , i told him such apartment is not belong to him and he is not aware about anything inside apartment , however location is good .

    Madinaty is a lovely area, the apartment that was booked ran out of electricity, when it was 42 degrees outside, the owner didn't like friends coming to the apartment it was not a friendly place to stay, unlike the last time I stayed in the area

    Wonderful location, nice city. everything is available by delivery (Water, food) The only think we didn't like is the lack of wifi. as the password provided was not working and they didn't respond later to our request of having the wifi passport.

    Pyramids were great, and GEM. citadel too.

    Pyramids were great, and GEM. citadel too. Cairo as such only so-so but worth a visit. People are friendly but always trying to get money from you, turist prices. Perhaps fair enough, considering gap in wealth. Be prepared for stomac flue, almost impossible to avoid if you normally live in Europe/US. Felt safe all the time.

    Love Madinaty , it’s quiet and lot of green gardens , great for walking and running . Beautiful modern air mall . Lots of restaurants and coffee shops . It’s about 50 min away by car from central Cairo.
