Perfect location to explore Dinkelsbuhl, in the centre opposite the cathedral. Lovely old building that has kept its charm yet the bedrooms are so comfortable with modern bathrooms. The staff were lovely, so friendly and helpful. Excellent food - we had dinner which was traditional food cooked to perfection and presented beautifully. Breakfast was also first class. Highly recommend his hotel.

The spacious room and the bathtub. The quietness of the street and how comfortable the bed and vibe of the whole place was. The whole hotel just had a quaint and nice feeling to it. There was a very sweet lady at the counter who was just as much of a cat lover as I was and she was always smiling and warm. Nero the cat sometimes makes an appearance to greet guests and he is an absolute gentleman. The breakfast was very scrumptious and delicious too.

Honestly, everything was just so lovely. From the room to the restaurant, everything was so perfect. We appreciated the snacks in the room for us on our arrival and the gorgeous breakfast you prepared for us in the morning was just to die for. Clean comfortable hotel in a beautiful location with excellent spa facilities. Plus points for us was tesla charger included in cost, we are a family of vegetarians and vegans and we're well catered for. Ate in restaurant for 3 meals, all excellent with great service. Staff very friendly and helpful. We opted for a balcony room for one of us which was amazing with views of neuschwanstein Castle and the lake and mountains. 2 other rooms were without the view but were large and comfortable.

Hotel provides vouchers where you could use for bus and discounts in some of the museums, this is very thoughtful and convenient! Hotel is located very near to the town itself, Would definitely choose to stay here again in the future. The hotel is very clean and cozy, Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful

The hotel is very clean and nice, very short walk to the city center. Our room was big enough for a family with kids, with very comfy beds. The view from our hotel room was spectacular. We want to especially thank the girl that works at the reception, she was super nice and super friendly, she helped us tremendously with our issue with Europecar. A very interesting historical city, much of which has been lovingly restored after devastating air raid damage in WW2. The Residence I(and its gardens) are well worth visiting, being a smaller scale version of the palaces at Versailles and Charlottenburg. Don't miss the Hofkirche while there. The Marienberg Fortress on the hill overlooking the town offers fantastic views, but is currently being extensively refurbished. It is still worth visiting though. And if you like visiting churches, you will not be disappointed here. Fantastic cuisine and wine available here. we can heartily recommend Aifach Resins and zum Stachel, the former for more contemporary cuisine and the latter for more traditional fare in traditional and historic surroundings.

Augsburg is a very charming city with lots of points of interest and restaurants and caffee's. Don't miss the Rathausplatz, Fuggerei, Maximilianstrasse, Koenigplatz and old city walls. For good Bavarian/Schwaebische Food I recommend Restaurant unter dem Bogen on Annastrasse. People watching and relaxing Caffee Eber am Rathausplatx. Take one of the city tours, organized by the city and raasonably priced. Augsburgs Strassenbahn System makes it easy to get around, buy a "Streifenkarte". Walk around in the Altstadt and around the "Kahnfahrt" and the old city walls- it is just beautiful.

Dinkelsbühl is a beautiful small walled town in Germany along the Romantic Road. I've been visiting and staying there since the mid-1980s. Although tourist crowds have grown significantly over the years, it's still worth a visit. Early mornings and evenings are the best time to walk around, especially if you're into photography. It continues to be one of the most beautiful towns to photograph that I've ever visited.

A fantastic medieval town worth a day or two! Walk the fully preserved town wall for a unique perspective, climb the Daniel Tower for stunning views, and visit the impressive cathedral. Don’t miss the asteroid museum to learn about the town’s impact crater origins. From March to October, the train museum near the station is a great attraction. It's a lovely small city with many historic buildings, a thermal bath https://solymar-therme.de/ and several good restaurants. It's easy to walk around in the city centre because there is a car free zone and speed restrictions. The Greek restaurant Zunftstuben Poseidon is very good value for money https://poseidon-mgh.de/ plus all the local bakeries and cafes offer great food. It's a good base to explore the area by car, bike or train. The local wildlife park is interesting for adults as well as children and provides many play activities https://www.wildtierpark.de/. I also loved visiting the Weikersheim Palace and Garden which is only 20min away by car or you could take a train or even cycle along the river on a dedicated cycling path https://www.schloss-weikersheim.de/en/.

Donauwörth is a small town with a charming city center that can be explored in about an hour. The town features 4-5 delightful bridges and scenic viewpoints. However, the most enjoyable part of Donauwörth is probably its walking and cycling paths. If you love nature, this town should be on your list of places to discover.
