The staff are very nice and the male ones speak English. The manager is lovely helped us with sightseeing advice spoke really good English. And the other male guy, sorry I don't have your names, he helped take our bag to metro. Great spacious room, nice cleaner lady, laundry facilities where we did all our washing and drying. very clean. great breakfast. Right next to Wanyuanji metro, takes around 50 mins to forbidden city.

The staff was extremely helpful! Even if they didn’t know English well they were always using translator and helped us with a lot of things. The room was clean and had everything needed for short stay. Also breakfast was delicious! There was a bus stop and metro station nearby.

The stay at Holiday Inn Temple Of Heaven was great! The hotel is very big and has a lot of great things to offer for a very fair price including a gym and big pool. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and was very tasty. A big thank you and shoutout to the staff and especially to Jospeh Wang and Cui Dong Hao (Consierge) who went above and beyond to get our bagpack back after we lost it in a cab!

Very friendly staff ensured that I could enter the room even when arriving at 7am in the morning, which was very good. The place is not fancy, but rooms are big enough, quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very complete and good. Great help in booking taxis and going to my meeting destination the next morning. Language issues were resolved easily.
