I really enjoyed my time in Toronto, but I have to say Roger’s Stadium (not to be confused with Roger’s Centre) was a huge disappointment. Getting there was a trek, and the uneven walking path was rough—my wife even twisted her ankle. The stadium itself didn’t feel sturdy at all, swaying uncomfortably, and the overall organization left a lot to be desired. For example, people weren’t allowed to get to their seats because of “wind concerns,” which only made me worry more about how the structure was built. (The show was rescheduled and we were set to see our band at 7:20, yet they weren't letting us in at that time, and they wouldn't even tell us why.) Having been to Woodstock ’99, I can honestly say this place gave me the same uneasy feeling—like an accident waiting to happen. That said, the rest of the trip was wonderful. We had a beautiful stroll through Edward’s Gardens, enjoyed the absolute best onion rings ever at Rosie’s Burgers (their shakes are amazing too!), and had a great breakfast at Stacked Pancakes in Ontario. I’d gladly come back to Toronto again—just never for a concert at Roger’s Stadium.Guest review byElizabethUnited States - 10.0

I think what I would of liked to be aware of was the cost of parking. You pay to park everywhere you go. The overnight parking at the hotel was $35 but right across the street one block down parking was $20 for overnight. Have walking shoes and plan on parking once and walking the sites.Guest review byallenUnited States - 8.0
Ottawa is beautiful.
Ottawa is beautiful. Busy and populated as the capital of Canada, with two major universities, yet quiet and serene at the same time. The Rideau Canal is beautiful to walk/cycle along and love the closeness to Gatineau and the Québec border.Guest review byDana KaminCanada - 10.0
Was going to show at Budweiser stage.
Was going to show at Budweiser stage. Waterside Inn's proximity to Port Credit GO station was a major consideration, just a short walk ( 7 minutes ) through a pleasant hospitality district and clean residential area directly to terminal door. Very convenient for trip to GO Exhibition stop / Ontario Place.Guest review byMichaelCanada - 8.0
It was hot, and Kingston was not planned as a primary stop.
It was hot, and Kingston was not planned as a primary stop. We would have liked to go to the waterfront, as we have done before, and take a boat cruise, followed by dinner. The problem is that it is so busy now and finding a parking space is problematic.Guest review byRobertCanada - 10.0

Gananoque is a great location to visit all of the 1000 islands on the Canadian side. The town had some nice restaurants. The Old English Pub, Purple House and Grayson's at Wood View Inn. took a 5 Hour tour with City Cruises of the 100 Island with a stop at Boldens castle from the docks in town. It was fantastic. The vibe in town is very much geared to tourism. When i planned this trip I knew nothing about Gananoque, but I hit a home run.Guest review byJamesUnited States - 10.0

The city looked so much cleaner than American cities.
The city looked so much cleaner than American cities. The traffic was controlled, the air was fresh, and the streets and sidewalks were clean and lighted. The urban blight so common in American cities was not visible, and the police presence was subtle but obvious.Guest review byDunkin - 2.0

Can't fathom the amount of homeless people sleeping everywhere and anywhere in the city, not a great experience at all. Quite disturbing to see this every day. City is dirty and depressing, even on sunny summer days. I'm embarassed to say that this is my hometown.Guest review byBrousseau
