The property is beautiful, with lots of trees, plants and local wildlife. The room is very big and comfortable and the host are super kind and helpful. It is worth mention that the property is a bit far from town, so you need to take a taxi that costs between 5 to 10 US to go for lunch or dinner unless you want to use the kitchen available in the room. However, this is what makes it special and full of life.

What a great place to stay! Marije and Rene created beautiful camp with traditional bungalows, nice dining house and wonderful garden. Bungalows are very basic but clean and equipped with everything needed. Food is absolutely delicious. Staff is very friendly and helpful, they do everything to make everyone's stay unforgettable experience. Camp is located just in outskirts of Maun, very close to mokoro station. It's also good starting point for Moremi Game Reserve. I highly recommend this place, Marije and Rene are exeptional hosts!

Very nice hotel complex located directly on the Okavango Delta. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The jungle tents are beautifully furnished with comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet is very varied and offers something for every taste. We had a very delicious dinner. Location, facilities, staff outstanding. 3rd time in Botswana - Without question the best hotel/resort. Big shout out to the Staff. Because it's they who made the stay extra special. They are incredibly nice, professional and simply lovely people. I was fortunate enough to speak with the resort manager as he was doing his rounds. Never had that experience before in any hotel, irrespective of location. So here's a huge 🙌👊 to everyone at the resort for demonstrating world class customer service.

Absolutely everything. Scott and Casey were very caring hosts, the staff super friendly and efficient, exceptional meals. Tha chalets positioned overlooking the river. The morning walk with Thomas the guide was fascinating, excellent birder. Saw 3 Pells fishing owls. Met all expectations of what a lodge on the Okavango should be.

We did not stay for long, but for stocking up the twon a good amount of shops and chain stores you may also know from South Africa. Unfortunately, the croc farms seems to have closed down, the local game park was closed for rehabilitation, and the museum was closed for the weekend.

Comfortable cabins with nice location and great potential if you want to be out of Maun but need to make sure if food is available and to pay on arrival to avoid problems with payment as staff not present on site early

We were disappointed, we were under the impression that we could drive around in the area and on the premises, but you have to book for game drives. The water hole is on the side for the tented camp visitors, the people camping does not really have access. The camping is a good stop over for one night, but a longer stay will is not recommended.

For tourists going into the delta I recommend at least a day in Maun to check out the local sights and meet some of the locals. Botswana and Maun in particular see tourists come in and go straight out to the delta, so no added benefit to the residents just a constant flow of people leaving nothing of benefit to the local community Stop over in a local hotel, there are plenty to suit every ones finances, interact with the local community there is lots to do and see

When you see distance to town center for hotels in Maun, don't be deceived like I was. Town center is a ratty 4 way stop, nothing you want to be too close to. There are a few places in Maun that may be OK but you have to do your research and they are spread out.
