I don't even know what to say about this hotel, it is just something else, great location, not too close or too far from the city center, very good breakfast, and the staff is extremely polite and helpful, they deserve a 10 just for the staff alone. Great place for a a family holiday, it entertained from 3 to 60y/o and left us all wanting more.

    Canela and Gramado are a lot of fun!

    Canela and Gramado are a lot of fun! they are located in a high plateau (Serra Gaucha) at 800/900 meters above sea level. A strange mix of Bavarian and Italian immigration processed by a lot of Brazilian immagination. In between a a Bavarian town with scattered pieces of Dysneyland surrounded by waterfalls and araucarias. zillions of restaurants on offer.

Enjoy tasty food, visit local markets, and experience the city's warm and welcoming atmosphere. Gramado is a wonderful destination that combines nature and culture, making it a must-visit spot! Don't miss Snowland, Aquamotion, Lago Negro, Gramado Garden, and The Closed Street.

    Charming, lots to see and do, romantic.

    Charming, lots to see and do, romantic. However restaurants and chocolate stores are not vegan friendly except for La Hacienda hotel. If you are vegan and visit Gramado, book a place with a kitchen to cook your own meals.
