Staff was really friendly from receptionist, people in the restaurant, in the SPA and ski service but also the driver of the shuttle. Even they have some predefined timeslots for driving to the ski lifts and back, we called him to pick us up and he came at time which was good for us. It is 5 minutes drive only. Food was the great for 3 star hotel. There was always some nice surprise for dinner. Order the bottle of the water from the bar. In swimming pool temperature was more then 35 degrees. All facilities were operating. Cleaning ladies came after 2nd day and offer room cleaning. They were fast and did it really well. We were in the really huge apartment which was not renovated as some other rooms were renovated last year. Difference is mainly in sofa in the living room and other furniture but from functional perspective it is very similar. There were some dents around but overall it was very good. Kitchen has all the necessary amenities even coffee machine. Internet was really fast. I did some online meetings without issue. There is enough parking around the hotel. Massage is god and not expensive.

Very clean and excellent equiped apartment. The location is perfect for walking and skiing. There are few restorants and a bowling alley next door. Ski slopes are few minutes drive away. The hosts are nice and they will do everuthing to make you to feel welcome.
