The hotel has beautiful interior - nice paintings, interesting sculptures, cozy seasonal decorations, soft sofas, tasty candies in reception area. It also has pretty nice view - mountings on one side and forest on the other. Staff was polite and attentive. It was my mother's birthday and they brought bottle of champagne and some fruits into her room - it was very hospitable. Everything was really clean - reception, spa, rooms. We stayed just for 2 days, but housekeeping still cleaned our room and even brought more water (and candies 😊). Also, rooms had soft beds, two pillows and 2 blankets, even in double bed room (which we really appreciated), very soft towels and comfy bathrobes. And different shower modes were nice. Food was great. It was a bit cold, but it could be because we came almost at the end of the breakfast. Plus, a lot of food is organically produced from hotel's own farm. Also, it had some interesting food choices (like smoked fish for breakfast, unusual ice cream tastes, carrot-apple-beetroot juice, corndogs...). We especially loved all chicken dishes, round buns and butter croissants. Spa was just amazing. We never felt so relaxed. Not one room was neglected - steamed rooms were always steamy, saunas were always hot, room for relaxing always had water with lemon. Our favourite facilities were hammam, outdoors pool with jacuzzi and 80° sauna. We also booked massage for my mother and she loved it. All of her stress just melted away.

Swimming pools and saunas are wonderful, warm water, very clean and quiet and not crowded at all, could find many empty sunbeds. Breakfast was very good, with enough options to pick from. Coffee was pretty ok. Staff very friendly. Parking was large. Great place to relax a bit if you have a long way ahead to drive, or even a good option to spend a few days there and relax.

We absolutely loved everything. The room had a view of the mountains and was very comfortable. The spa was fantastic! We also booked massages which were amazing. The breakfast was good and all staff were very friendly. The shuttle took us into town but it wasn’t too far to walk when the shuttle wasn’t running.

Dezudava Family hotel exeeded our expectations. This is a budget friendly hotel with vintage vibes. Our room had great view over the town, it was really clean and location was perfect. You couldnt hear any noise to the room, yeat it was next to the shopping street. Staff was genuine, warm and took care of our needs and helped us in so many different ways with transportation, earlier check-in, restaurant recommendations and made us delicious omelet for breakfast. We truly felt like we stayed in a boutique hotel since the service was just outstanding. I have already recommed this hotel to my friends and family.

    Location of the hotel is the best you can wish according to me At the entrance of the park Sveti Vrach and at the beginning of the main street of the town. Although I didn't use any of facilities in the hotel (I came to visit the town.) I saw large number of facilities for relax or SPA. Some guest were lingering up and down in the hotel wearing SPA gowns and SPA slippers giving a feeling of being in their own homes. Hallways in the hotel are bright, clean and broad. Room was spacious with modern interior. I had a very relaxing and comfortable stay.

    Great comfortable facilities at Sansanski resort city! Well designed, well build, huge confy rooms. Very good spa with sauna, steam room and small jacuzzi style indoor pool. Huge outdoor poll, was to cold to use it. Any way tried it once. All facilities looks like really luxury Villa at properties of real winery. So everything is looking great!

    I love the Pirin Mountain / Bankso area - travel is a bit hard to get there from where we came from, but once there we enjoyed the outdoors - I picked the wrong hotel this time, but last year we had a great stay and will return to the previous location to be sure.

    I have always had a soft spot for Sandanski since I was a child. As someone who loves the city, I'd like to share my thoughts from a tourist's perspective, in hopes that the tourism industry can benefit from some constructive feedback. While the city is blessed with abundant natural resources, it falls short in terms of human management and tourist services. Instead of leveraging and enlarging its natural attractions like the park to draw in tourists, the focus is more on excessive construction around these areas while neglecting the existing infrastructure. For example, while there are mineral water springs and open swimming pools in the city center, they are surrounded by littered spaces and unattractive buildings above. Additionally, an abandoned swimming pool for high dives sits neglected next to them. This is not appealing and pushes tourists like me to pay 23 euros to use the Hotel Sandanski swimming pool. I don't find that very reasonable. The food quality in the restaurants in the city center is poor, despite the fact that the area produces the most delicious fruits and vegetables. The service is also unsatisfactory. Would it be possible to renovate and reopen the abandoned Baikal restaurant to provide at least one decent dining option without the risk of dissatisfaction? Overall, the city's potential as a tourist destination is being overlooked.     Blagoevgrad makes the impression of a clean and well designed city. There is fish in the local river, which is relatively small. Peaceful streets, well-kept compared to other cities in the country. Tasty food with many options. There is also a historical part of the city, as an example of ancient architecture.

    Melnik is the smallest town of Bulgaria. Picturesque architecture, small cobbled streets, most of the houses are small restaurants and hotels. The town is among the examples of old architecture in the Balkans. There is the Kordopulov house to visit - a museum hosted in a big wine producer's house from the XVIII century. Also interesting are several other examples of late medieval architecture. Local food and wine are notorious. Especially the wine. However, drink with caution - local red wines are heavy and require a good balance with the food.

    Banya is a small town with a large number of thermal springs - so great for tourist and locals as a health retreat. Lovely scenery, calming, and close to busy Bansko its the perfect get away. Try a visit to the oldest outdoor thermal pool and their great value restaurant - Izgreva Spa!

    Ognyanovo is small village with natural thermal water.

    Ognyanovo is small village with natural thermal water. It is quiet, nice place with great nature. It is perfect for city escape travel. You can eat in hotel restaurant or in one of lot small tavernas. The Pirin Mountain is few km. away, and it is one of most beautiful mountains that I have ever seen.

    Extremely beautiful nature and surrounding area with a lot to explore. A plethora of different dining options, although limited to a traditional cuisine. The people, as far as my personal experience, was more than friendly and talkative. I had the fortune of being shown around by a local, who i might say is awesome, which is an understatement, however, you can get by just by asking around. One of the better local wines I have had in Bulgaria. Petrich allows you to detach from the day-to-day life of the big city, while still providing all the 'needed' amenities such as big shops, banks and general services. Most importantly, if Bulgarian, Petrich allows you to "expand" your vocabulary and understanding of the language itself. I thoroughly recommend a visit!

    Great view, a bit distant from the big cities but that's the charm of it. Mineral water is a treasure, outdoor fun activities for the kids were much appreciated. Fantastic food, great value for the cost. Locals are super nice, make you feel more than welcome.

    Aspen Golf resort is located a few kilometers above the main road leading to Bansko. There are several smaller markets in the area. Lidl is located in Ralog, 6 km away. from the resort. The resort is located in a very quiet place in nature. Some buildings are not completed because the tourist complex is being built.
