Our stay was short, but location was great, room nice and tidy, we loved the room actually. Spa is very nice. Breakfast was awesome as well. But mostly awesome comunications with staff and especially lovely and helpful owner, who was always present to talk or give a hand and help others. Lot of small things and details.

Service was above any expectations, the hotel is actually operated by the owner family who are very friendly and helpful. Rooms were cousy and well equipped. SPA area clean covenient and not crowded. Everything and everywhere was very clean and well maintained. Food was very good especially dinner. We liked the stay a lot and would easily recommend to anyone wanting to stay in an authentic Austrian hotel.

    All excellent, I am looking forward to coming back. Warm atmosphere, feels like you are at home or something. The staff is the best. Very clean and modern rooms and just the whole hotel; outstanding breakfast, lunch, and dinner like in a fancy restaurant, very tasty (even steaks and seafood a couple of times); not too many people; very close to the ski elevators; nice and free spa area. The owner is a winner of the Olympic Games, very friendly, actively participates in everything, even took all the guests once for skiing as a group together (I suppose he does it every week). With this hotel you get a discount at a nearby ski rent shop, and they also can give you a skipass right at the reception. Also nice that they don't force you to pay for everything every day, like for drinks. You can pay the total bill in the end, which some hotels fail to offer.

    For me and my son it was a perfect ski holiday. The Hotel was exactly what we hoped for. Friendly staff and everyone was very helpful. The Check In and Check Out was easy. Our room was of a good size with a nice balcony and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the nice swimming and wellness Area after a day of skiing. The food was really good and to use the words of my son:" The best I had in a Hotel." Also the location is a super big plus of this Hotel. It is right there next to the Gondola. It has a parking garage and since you are so close to the ski area you can keep the car there the entire time of your holidays.

    The view was amazing to the river. Incredible view to the village in the day time and nice nature sounds from the river flowing next to the hotel at night.. the host as well as his mother were so kind and assisted a lot in activity guidance. The breakfast was just fresh and the restaurant searing and decoration is just like traditional local homes.. a lot of interesting activities around the hotel and some other nice villages are just 10 min drive.. my room was very specious and the balcony was just breathtaking.

    The property is in a great location—nicely tucked away from the busy road, yet still conveniently close to everything. There’s also a garage available for parking. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything we needed for our short stay. The breakfast offered a variety of tasty options. We were cycling during our visit, and the location made for an excellent starting point for many tours.

    Ski runs in Tux a bit short, but in general area is big and beautiful, also there are massive Zillertal Arena and Hintertux Glacier ski areas near by. We were traveling by car (there are also ski busses), so visited all nearby skiing locations (you may buy one skipass which will cover all of them). Also I'd recommend great Spa/pool facilities - Erlebnistherme Zillertal

    We enjoyed the opportunity to visit different valleys around Finkenberg depending on the weather. Heavy cloud, rain (and snow above 2000m) prevented us going very high, but the forests and river walks were beautiful.

    I prefer privacy, I do not need to be in the city/village center, so for me the location was perfectly suitable. I enjoy the quiet mountains. If you want to be closer to restaurants, pubs, wellness, you should select accommodation in some of the villages down the valley.

    This is my 6th or 7th stay in Tux and I am always surprised with the scenery and how friendly the locals are. Every local on the street in the town will give you "Servus!" even if they don't know you. Also, the food here is amazing, everything!

    Superbly convenient location for skiing. But Mayrhofen is only a 9 minutes' bus ride away, and it is itself directedly connected to the skiing area by two big cable cars, so staying there is a serious, realistic option.
