EVERYTHING! After a long trip we wanted a few days to relax before our long flight home and it was Eden. The staff and family welcome, the breakfast buffet, the dinner package were all exceptional but the wellness centre with its 4 sauna rooms, spa and natural pond were 5 star. I can’t believe we found this place . Thanks to all the staff for making us feel so special.

Service was above any expectations, the hotel is actually operated by the owner family who are very friendly and helpful. Rooms were cousy and well equipped. SPA area clean covenient and not crowded. Everything and everywhere was very clean and well maintained. Food was very good especially dinner. We liked the stay a lot and would easily recommend to anyone wanting to stay in an authentic Austrian hotel.

We had half board and food was above expectations, no problem to find gluten free options. We had our own table at the restaurant. Staff and waiters are kind and always there to help. The spa was a nice surprise, very clean. The hotel arranged that we could shower after check out. Comfortable beds.

    All excellent, I am looking forward to coming back. Warm atmosphere, feels like you are at home or something. The staff is the best. Very clean and modern rooms and just the whole hotel; outstanding breakfast, lunch, and dinner like in a fancy restaurant, very tasty (even steaks and seafood a couple of times); not too many people; very close to the ski elevators; nice and free spa area. The owner is a winner of the Olympic Games, very friendly, actively participates in everything, even took all the guests once for skiing as a group together (I suppose he does it every week). With this hotel you get a discount at a nearby ski rent shop, and they also can give you a skipass right at the reception. Also nice that they don't force you to pay for everything every day, like for drinks. You can pay the total bill in the end, which some hotels fail to offer.

    We had a wonderful time in Tirol, and it wasn’t just the nature that made our stay memorable—it was also the exceptional hospitality at Hotel Jäger. The wellness area and indoor pool provided perfect relaxation after active days outdoors. And in the evening we can play table tennis or calceto. The last but not least, I would like to mention the cuisine. The dinner was incredible every evening. Thanks a lot.

    The property is in a great location—nicely tucked away from the busy road, yet still conveniently close to everything. There’s also a garage available for parking. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything we needed for our short stay. The breakfast offered a variety of tasty options. We were cycling during our visit, and the location made for an excellent starting point for many tours.

    Everything was perfect. Very good breakfasts and dinners. Room was clear and functional. It matched all our needs. Spa area has variant zones, we could rest there after a long day skiing.     Ski runs in Tux a bit short, but in general area is big and beautiful, also there are massive Zillertal Arena and Hintertux Glacier ski areas near by. We were traveling by car (there are also ski busses), so visited all nearby skiing locations (you may buy one skipass which will cover all of them). Also I'd recommend great Spa/pool facilities - Erlebnistherme Zillertal

    We enjoyed the opportunity to visit different valleys around Finkenberg depending on the weather. Heavy cloud, rain (and snow above 2000m) prevented us going very high, but the forests and river walks were beautiful.

    I prefer privacy, I do not need to be in the city/village center, so for me the location was perfectly suitable. I enjoy the quiet mountains. If you want to be closer to restaurants, pubs, wellness, you should select accommodation in some of the villages down the valley.

    Like heaven l like every thing, clean rooms, new furniture, panoramic and wonderful view from balcony, central area, very kind owner the mother with her son. Sure l will come back and I highly recommend. Also the breakfast was nice.

    This is my 6th or 7th stay in Tux and I am always surprised with the scenery and how friendly the locals are. Every local on the street in the town will give you "Servus!" even if they don't know you. Also, the food here is amazing, everything!

    Superbly convenient location for skiing.

    Superbly convenient location for skiing. But Mayrhofen is only a 9 minutes' bus ride away, and it is itself directedly connected to the skiing area by two big cable cars, so staying there is a serious, realistic option.
