The service was always personal and friendly, this is a huge bonus for the hotel and we'd go back there for that reason. We had half board. The breakfast was delicious & always fresh, new options everyday. We loved the dinners & the presentation of the food was first class and always tasty. The hotel have a great service using #WeShowYouTheMountains, if you sign up to their daily hikes you'll be driven to the start of the hike, and includes a guide from the hotel. Breakfast and evening meals were good, more than sufficient and for the children separate menu's were available. Our family room was clean, spacious had a perfect layout with a small separate mezzanine where the children slept. Last but not least, there was an issue with our stay dates and they kindly asked us to arrive and leave a day earlier. We accepted this and as a thank you we received a voucher to spend in the hotel bar. We recommend staying there, we will come again if we go back to Grossarl. We travelled as a family with our 5 year old son. We went there for hicking and I got from the reception the best recommendation on where to go. The hotel is clean, modern, quiet, with a personal touch in every room. The breakfast had everything we wanted and a cozy atmosphere. Also the restaurant in the evening was a pleasure. We were surprised how great was the design of the room. Everything is made with the attention to the details and the comfort of the guests (spa as well). There were a lot of animals near the hotel, like a small zoo with rabbits, guinea pigs, pig, geese, etc. The way to the hotel was also a lot of fun cause you need to drive on a serpentine road. :))Guest review byAnka InkeLatvia

Grossarl is a booming ski town but in June 2023 the part west of the river was essentially a huge building site. However it was great for mountain walking once away from the town itself. With a guest card (free from your accommodation) one can travel on local buses in the valley for 1 Euro per person per trip! There is a very adequate Billa supermarket.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

Very friendly and supportive staff. The hotel rooms look newly renewed, the beds are comfortable and the sceneries in the mountain valley are breathtaking. The staff is friendly and very supportive, they go above and beyond when it comes to helping their guests. There was a mix-up with the room I had booked and the room I was checked into. But the staff quickly found a solution to offer us the best solution. Even at the breakfast, the staff makes sure that all the guest have what they need. This feels like a 5-star hotel, would defiantly book a stay at this hotel again.Guest review byEinarGermany
