The location was fantastic. We booked a chalet that had direct access to the pool. The pool was so refreshing after a long day. The food was reasonably priced and so tasty. Highly recommend the prawns. The staff were exceptional. We went for my mam’s birthday and they upgraded our room, gave us a free fruit platter and delivered a dessert to our room that night. Perfect breakaway from the hustle and bustle of Dubai

- Very beautiful and spacious room. Comfortable bed. - It was quiet, both during the day and at night. - The staff at the reception was really welcoming and kind. - When I arrived, the showerhead was broken and I was surprised that they fixed it within a couple of hours. I really appreciated that. - There is quite a big, free parking lot behind the building, so it's not a problem to arrive by car.

Excellent value. Nice rooms, very clean. Helpful staff. Pleasant views to mosque and sea. Excellent coffee in the cafe! Shortish walk to the corniche. Whenever we come to RAK for hiking we will stay here again. Not a ‘5-star destination resort’ on the beach, but it doesn’t pretend to be. As a place to stay it’s brilliant.

    A very good hotel in terms of service is not inferior to 5 stars. The food is excellent in the restaurant, a good selection of dishes, I really liked the sweets. Watermelon and melon are always ripe, and there was even oatmeal porridge for breakfast. In the evenings, the restaurant plays music and prepares dishes on the grill. Responsive staff. All rooms have a nice view. There is a supermarket nearby, to the right of the hotel down the stairs. Across the street there are shops, an Indian restaurant and a pharmacy. Heated swimming pool. They take you to the beach twice a day, about two kilometers away. In the evenings, the hotel bus takes you to the mall. The airport is 20 minutes away by taxi. When we go to Ras Al Khaimah next time, we will definitely stop here again.

    Great place to stay for the weekend. After 6pm there is dinner and a fantastic entertainment program (we watched belly dancing, Egyptian dance and a fire show). You can also smoke shisha, ride a camel and take a photo with a falcon. Right behind the camp there are beautiful sand dunes where you can take great photos. When we left this camp, we were given a free ride to our apartment. We will be happy to stay with you again!

    If you're considering this property, be sure to double-check a few things before booking. The only standout feature during my stay was the indoor female pool — clean, quiet, and well-maintained. However, the rest of the experience was underwhelming. The room cleanliness was not up to standard, and some amenities listed — like one of the restaurants and the spa — were not operational without any prior notice. If you're booking a sea-view room, be aware that the view might not match your expectations. Mine faced a main road and construction site, with only a distant glimpse of the sea. Also, beach access is walkable (5-7mins) — it requires a buggy ride to and from the beach area. I recommend confirming in advance what facilities are open, verifying the actual view from the room, and understanding how beach access works to avoid disappointment.

    My tip for all those who will come to RAK i would say do a good search for ur accomdation .dont just pick something on pictures. check guest review. if u are going for business or couples or with children...each person has different needs. Try traditional and local food .its really good and tasty. dont just stay in the hotel and eat there.
