I love this property and this is my second visit ! Can honestly call this home away from home I’ve enjoyed this property both as a solo traveller as well as travelling with family . I’m particularly pleased because of the excellent service I was given and extra attention given to me by duty Manager Mr Islem and Miss Liezel who were kind enough to offer me a complimentary early check inn at 6am. This gesture really confirmed why this establishment is a 10/10. I also love that it’s well priced and offers great value for money without compromising on luxury as this is a five star property. Very tasteful very mindful and Very Very Demure !! Always exceeds my expectations and within close proximity to the Dubai mall.

The service was impressively fast and efficient, making each morning a delightful experience. Every aspect of the hotel felt well thought out, ensuring that we, as guests, had the most comfortable and enjoyable stay. The gym was fantastic, offering a great workout space with breathtaking views. The location was also perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Housekeeping was exceptional – extremely attentive and meticulous, ensuring that everything was always spotless and welcoming. A truly special moment was my birthday surprise! The team went above and beyond by surprising me with a cake and a handwritten card in my room. During breakfast, they even brought out another cake with a candle and sang for me – it made me feel incredibly special and appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm and memorable experience. A huge thank you to the front desk team – Maureen, Ashree, and Sulaimar – for making our stay even more wonderful. I truly hope to return soon!

    The most beautiful desert oasis. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. The hotel was spectacular and was an experience more than a stay. We ended up extending about 5 more nights as we didn’t want to leave. The amenities, the setting, the room and the staff were like nothing we had experienced. We formed a relationship with many members of staff who made our stay that much more special. Particular mention to - Ahmed (pool), Aqil and Nishad - for whom nothing was too much. And also Marc, Shannon, Dakksh, Sayed, Jimmy, Shihah and Tahir. One of the most beautiful hotels around and would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for the most relaxing holiday.

    All was amazing the staffs were very polite and understanding but the manager was not nice guy at all I originally booked for 2 night because I like the staffs and the hotel I have decided to stay your more days and request the front desk gentleman called by Patrick and he said he will sort it out and there was another staff called by Elvis and he helped for my to do a late checkout, manager comes along categorically said no to my request of late checkout as my flight was at 02:10am I am still at the Airport.

    The place is really beautiful, lots to see and do. A great place to go although it was crazy hot when we went, however every place we visited made a noticable effort to keep it cool. From malls, musuems, even on dessert safari it was alwasy extremely comfortabl. The food was amazing and very broad to accomodate all dietary groups

    This is one of the best places I stayed in Dubai. The apartment is beautiful, with a comfortable bed, a nice high desk to work from, plenty of room in the cupboards, a great kitchen and bathroom. Host was extremely helpful and communicative, an excellent host. The parking is easy and covered. The pool is beautiful, with very comfortable sun lounges, perfect to relax after a long day at work. I will definitely book this place again.

    Great camp with the BEST staff.

    Great camp with the BEST staff. They tend to your needs around the clock. My only drawback is the restroom situation. The toilet and shower is in one very small stall. Had to hang change of clothes in different stall to keep the shower from wetting them. Another drawback is COLD showers. No hot water at all even after letting it run for some time. My husband caught a slight cold because the desert gets cool in the evening, and the walk back to the tent from the cold shower did him in. Also on my booking confirmation , it said there would be a bidet in the tent. There was not one, but I think that is best. Not mad about that at all. On a good note, we really enjoyed the dishes we were served with such great variety. The entertainment was nice. We booked for two nights, but one night is more than enough. I would definitely recommend this camp to anyone wanting a different Dubai experience.

    This place will never be free of building works ! Winter sun excellent choice Traffic horrendous at certain times Expensive Waterpark days out expensive Malls expensive Get an all inclusive option if you can really good

    Dubai is always a great place to visit if you have never...

    Dubai is always a great place to visit if you have never been or going there for the second or maybe even third time for myself i have been there in excess of 10 times as i did do business there in the past but it lacks natural beauty and it feels very much like a concrete jungle with hugh buildings everywhere, but for a safe family holiday that ticks all age groups you cant go wrong visiting dubai, saying that it is getting very expensive and the novelty of dubai is truly fading for me personally. There are far more beautiful places to visit especially in the summer months as its just too hot in the months of june july and august for dubai.
