Das Hohenried อยู่ในฟรอยเดนชตัดท์ ห่างจาก Ruhestein Ski Jump 26 กม. This newly renovated hotel is a real gem! The bed was the most comfortable we have had in Europe. The property is on the edge of the Black Forest and gorgeous. Breakfast buffet had all we could ask for and was constantly replenished as guests ate. Easy walk to town, which exceeded our expectations! Wish we could have stayed several days.

Loved everything about this hotel! The check-in staff (specially Aditya and Max) were very welcoming and looked after me through out my stay. This is a beautiful hotel in a lovely town of Hinterzarten. The double room I was in was large and with a great size balcony; the spotlessly clean bathroom that looked like it had been installed recently. The hotel has excellent wellness facilities. And there is great food available for breakfast and served for dinner. The hotel is run by a family which creates a great atmosphere and services are delivered with great care and pride. It is relatively easy to travel to Hinterzarten by public transport and the hotel is within 10 mins walk from the railway station. The forest trails start within less than 100 meters from the hotel. There are great many forest walks and lots of things to do in the area.
