The apartment is spacious, clean and very good choice for families with small children. The yard is nice, it has a large trampoline, and lovely rabbits that were a pleasant surprise. The hosts are very nice, the kind of person you want to meet again. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood, perfect for resting and vacation.

This is a very styles accomodation. The staff was very helpful and kind. The room was nice and cosy but a littlebit small. There is a minikitchen also. The bed was very convenient. I like this style very much. Supermarket is in the near, the tram and bus station is also. 😊

Preliminary note: 1 night in a superior double room with Elbe view on the 7th floor (my request for a quiet room at the end of the corridor and as far up as possible was granted, thanks for that). Arrival: Unproblematic, although it is easy to miss the entrance to the public parking garage, where the maritim's parking lot is also located (24 Euro per 24 hours). Check-in and beyond: Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Room: Very spacious and nicely furnished room with very large and comfortable double bed, with a large desk, nice lighting (and bright if desired), two comfortable chairs and an extra table, large bathroom, empty refrigerator (very good as you can cool your own things). Really very quiet room, could hear almost nothing from outside or inside. Location: Very close to the center / old town and located directly on the river Elbe. Very nice view of the river, the green areas along the river and some parts of the old town.

Simple, clean and quiet rooms, comfortable beds. There was also a kettle in the room with some tea/hot chocolate/coffee. Good breakfast with variety of choice. The staff was insightful and helpful with the tips about the city. On top of that, I left a personal item in the room, and the staff arranged the return (they sent it by post) so I received the item back very shortly. Very grateful for that!

The breakfast has many choices. The service personal at the breakfast was very attentive. We were asked, if we wanted mashine coffee or filtered coffee. I enjoyed filtered coffee, which was very good. The room was very clean and big enough. tramstop near the hotel entrance. only 1 stop to the Dresden main square with sightseeing.

    They let us check in early which was very nice. Spacious room and bathroom. Well equipped with fridge, coffee machine and the usual amenities. I love that they provide hair conditioner and not just conditioning shampoo. Swimming pool and sauna area were nice. Breakfast was outstanding with indoor and outdoor seating. Staff were friendly and helpful.

    Located in DD Neustadt, easy access to the city centre either by foot or public transportation. Staff was very friendly, the room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was superb and we enjoyed the in-house swimming pool. Car-park only a few meters away from the hotel (at a small extra fee). All in all very satisfied.

    From the moment we got there, we were treated terrifically. Super warm and friendly ladies at the reception. Great food, amazing bed and my highlight was the indoor heated swimming pool/ steam room and sauna. Fantastic stay.

    The rooms are big and comfortable. Breakfast offers a wide variety to fit all tastes. The children enjoyed the pool which offers both indoor and outdoor swimming + Spa pool. Car parking is on site and easy + has lots of spaces. Staff was very friendly and helpful. All speak English. There are restaurants in the vicinity if you prefer to eat out. Tram into Dresden close by.
