Parking is off-street, with enough space to park your boat or trailer. We are pet friendly, and love to welcome the whole family. This location has the most magnificent view! It's also within walking distance of the beach, shops, restaurants, bars, and a lot of activities. If you are traveling to Kaikoura, you MUST stay here. The owners were helpful and friendly, and very patient with our change in plans for check-in and check-out. The room was excellent; there was a bed in it's own room and another in the living room with a clear view of the beach! A full kitchen was in the room, and parking was convenient. Everything was very clean and comfortably cozy.

Guests can use the BBQ facilities or dine at the many restaurants and cafés located within a 20-minute walk. Facilities include a tour desk and guest laundry. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement. The motel staff were very friendly and helpful. Upon check-in they gave us a city map, provided some suggestions on what to see, and answered our questions. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was great. Road access was easy and it was a short, easy walk into town.

Tea, coffee, cookies and a mini fridge. 2 cute dogs and tons of rabbits on the property were a bonus.

Beautiful location with a view of the bay and a short walk down to the pier. The bed was super comfy. The host was incredibly kind an welcoming, and he even put my frozen pizza in his personal oven and delivered it to me! I highly recommend staying here.
