The chalets are spacious, modern and super clean, the bathrooms were huge as well. The courtyard had also a great vibe with the sand and the palm trees providing some shade. The staff were super friendly and accommodating - we also had breakfast here and coffee, both were great choices.

We received a warm welcome, and our room was not only very clean but also beautifully decorated. The beds were incredibly comfortable, allowing us to get a great night's sleep. The food was simply delicious, catering to a variety of tastes. They also arranged a safari for us, complete with packed breakfast and lunch, making our adventure even more enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable holiday. We wish we could have stayed longer! We highly recommend Ceylon Resort to anyone looking for a delightful getaway.

Siamo arrivati a Kitelantis dopo 12 giorni di tour in giro per Sri Lanka ed è stato come arrivare nel paradiso. Abbiamo apprezzato avere un’intera villetta a nostra disposizione, con 2 bagni, stanze grandi, zanzariere, aria condizionata funzionante benissimo-la stanza era fresca al nostro arrivo, tutta la biancheria pulitissima e morbidissima, apprezzato il topper👍 La vista dalla camera da letto è stata impagabile. È tutto molto sicuro, non chiudevamo mai a chiave. Fuori della stanza ci sono creati molti spazzi per il relax, giochi di famiglia. Si sente la cura per i minimi dettagli . La cucina era buona però servirebbe inserire qualche piatto tipico europeo per chi ha un’alimentazione troppo ristretta. Lo staff è stato sempre molto presente e premuroso. Un saluto a tutti. istuti

SurfPoint Sri Lanka is a really cool spot to spend time, to base from for kiting and/or to take lessons. I did lessons and the quality of the instruction was outstanding. The hotel is comfortable and has a really nice common area where people hang out, eat, and talk story about the day’s adventures and have a laugh. Nevertheless, the hotel is nice and quiet for sleeping. The value is excellent, the food is good and competitively priced, and the staff are wonderful. I highly recommend SurfPoint Sri Lanka, and I plan to return.

Anawasal offers lagoon front accommodation and yoga classes in Kalpitiya. Free private parking is available on site. One of the best places we've ever stayed. If you're reading this, go ahead and book your stay and thank me later.

We recently stayed at Villa Sethawadi and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The place itself is incredibly beautiful, set right on the serene lagoon, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere throughout our entire stay. The service was exceptional—every single staff member went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They were attentive, friendly, and consistently made us feel genuinely welcomed. One of the highlights of our stay was the food prepared by their amazing chef. After dining at several restaurants in the area, I can confidently say that none matched the quality, taste, or presentation of the meals we enjoyed at Villa Sethawadi. Each dish was expertly crafted, delicious, and beautifully presented. The pool area was inviting and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventures. For kite and windsurfing enthusiasts, Villa Sethawadi is ideally located, allowing easy access directly from the property to the lagoon. A word of caution though—be mindful of the sharp thorns around the area, or better yet, use the hotel's own kite school service, which conveniently takes you by boat to the prime surfing spots on the other side of the lagoon. Overall, our stay at Villa Sethawadi was exceptional. Highly recommended!
