Presentava due piccoli balconcini, un salone ampio con un bel divano comodo e una stanza da letto. Quello che ci ha colpito positivamente è stata l'estrema pulizia di tutta la struttura ma soprattutto la gentilezza del personale. Sempre sorridente e attento a qualsiasi esigenza. Ho apprezzato inoltre l'essere proattivi. L'ultima piano della struttura è una terrazza aperta sino alle 23 che si trova direttamente sopra le suite. Sono stati molto attenti a far rispettare gli orari assicurandosi che il riposo di tutti venisse rispettato. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con del vino. Abbiamo chiesto se vi fosse qualche snack e si sono prodigati per trovarci qualcosa. Il parcheggio è sulla strada ma davanti alla struttura e si viene aiutati in ogni occasioni. La struttura non ha un ascensore aspetto che potrebbe essere critico per persone con mobilità ridotta. Si viene comunque aiutati per portare al piano i propri bagagli. L'isolamento sia dall'esterno con ottimi infissi sia interno è ottimo. P.s. si appoggiano a un servizio di lavanderia esterno che in giornata ci ha fatto avere tutto pulito.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a rental cottage in Greenfield Bakuriani, and it was an exceptional experience. The cottage was incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean, providing a serene retreat in a quiet setting. The owner, Mr. Irakli, was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. One of the standout features of this property is that it is managed directly by the owners, which truly is the secret to its success. The cottage is well-equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing stay, ensuring that we had all the comforts of home. Additionally, Mr. Irakli was very responsive to any inquiries we had, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect, just a short 3-5 minute drive from the center of Bakuriani, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying the peace and tranquility of the cottage. I can’t wait to return to Georgia and will definitely visit Greenfield Bakuriani again. I highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for comfort and relaxation in a beautiful, quiet area. The property is excellent hideout with ready to help staffs. Out from home for 3 days our tastebuds were badly in need of our recipes and this facility had everything to feel like home. The staff came with us to the market from where we bought all essentials and cooked our food which was so special in our trip. The facility, location, amenities everything were supercool

Excellent location of the place (very close to the park and the bus station). The room was very clean and comfortable with a very nice view. There was a small terrace availabe on the top of the building and another table on the backyard. Very nice options to enjoy some snacks and wine in the evenings. Near the hotel, shops, tourist information and currency exchange agents can be found - anything a traveller needs. The owner was very helpful, providing information about Borjomi and the neighbourhood, and, was waiting for me upon my arrival.

The guest apartment is clean, although it is a budget option, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay with your family, even a washing machine. The hostess is a very pleasant person to talk to and is attentive to her guests. Overall, our stay in this wonderful city and place was very positive.
