Online check-in and self-key-making were very convenient, everything is available in English. They even helped us operate the AC in the middle of the night. The hotel is fantastic, located in a beautiful location. Our room was very large and comfortable, very well equipped with anything you might need after an outdoor day in snow. Very clean and intimate spa , was a pleasure. The restaurant: go, discover and enjoy by yourself.
