I don't even know where to begin. It's and excellent place with warm, hardworking and good people. Fantastic spot to hike to the volcano. We had one of the best meals here in whole Cabo Verde, Ciza is an amazing cook and traditional dishes she prepared were just delicious. It's simple, yet generous home. Rose is an excellent guide, patiently answered all our questions. We surly will be back. Keep up a good work, you are doing great 😸 Fingers crossed the restaurant will be in place, when we will be back next time!

Hotel Salinas São Jorge offre un giardino, una terrazza, un ristorante e un bar a São Filipe. Everything. Katya is very welcoming, cooks very (very very) well and takes care of her client like no one did in Cap Verde. We have spent 2 weeks in Cabo Verde and haven’t met anyone that kind, welcoming and helpful. The place is also amazing. Out of nowhere, facing the sea, natural swimming pool… you name it! Katya also offers a few options to discover Fogo island like pico de fogo.

Casa Adriano & Filomena Montrond si trova a Portela e offre un bar. Questa struttura mette a disposizione un balcone e il parcheggio privato gratuito. We had the most wonderful stay with Adriano, Filomena and their whole family. They are some of the most warm, welcoming and kind people we have ever met! Their property is in an incredible spot in the caldera with views all around. From the airport pick up, to the amazing home cooked meals, to our guided hike, everything was just great. Highly highly recommend staying here!!

Casa Ze & sonia offre la vista sulla montagna, il WiFi gratuito e un parcheggio privato gratuito a Portela. Troverete un bagno privato completo di doccia e set di cortesia. Ze and Sonia were super nice, friendly and accommodating. They could speak French relatively well. The room is simple but functional. The meals prepared were very delicious. The WiFi was good to work from there, and in case, the 4G antenna is located nearby. Absolutely recommended!

José è una persona molto gentile e disponibile. È stato un piacere alloggiare nella sua struttura e potersi immedesimare nella vita capoverdiana. Dal cibo alla danza. Un posto magico dove trascorrere le vacanze per poter ammirare i vulcani. È bello incontrare professionisti che mettono tanto amore nel loro lavoro. Super consigliato!!!

Dotato di una terrazza, un bar e vista sulla città, Cruzeiro Guest House è un alloggio ubicato a São Filipe a 10 metri da Spiaggia di São Filipe. Spacious, clean room with a sea view, you can sleep listening to the waves. The staff was very friendly and helpful, good breakfast served at the roof. Super happy with this accommodation. :)

Everything was so well taken care of — from arranging my transport to organizing a guide for the volcano hike, they made everything easy and stress-free. The staff are just the sweetest people, always kind and welcoming, and they really made me feel at home. And the food… wow, absolutely delicious, every meal was a highlight. If you’re reading this, don’t think twice — book a room at Casa Marisia, you definitely won’t regret it.

COSEC Tours presenta una piscina all'aperto, una sala comune, un ristorante e un bar a Cova Figueira. The location is good, at the edge of a peaceful and friendly village means no noises at night. Also not far from Fogo viewpoint (20min drive). Bus station 30sec walking, supermarket and restaurant 10sec as both are available directly in / at the house. The owner is super friendly and is easily available via booking or WhatsApp. The room is big, with a big comfy bed and enough plugs to charge your stuff. There is a small balcony, and the bathroom has a good shower with hot water. Everything is clean and the WiFi works great. Secured parking is also available. There is a nice terrace with a pool and great views. I really liked my stay here and can totally recommend this place.

Stayed one night and very pleased. I did the walk from the airport and yes about 20 minutes flat. The room was clean and the A/C worked well. Great location, right near the square. I really liked the spacious balcony. Breakfast provided and on the more basic side but still fine to start the day.
