Warm welcome from reception. Room was spotless - thanks Jasmine! - and I got lost (standard) and both housekeeping staff I encountered were lovely and helpful. As a solo female traveller, having to use my room key to open all doors and use lift was reassuring. The patio was lush, the pool looked so good. My room was really comfy and warm, shower was hot and powerful. Bed was really cozy. The offer of early evening snacks was brilliant, and the lady behind the bar, and Andre were both really pleasant and helpful.

The team was attentive, providing excellent local dining recommendations and promptly addressing every request. Small Suggestion: While nearly flawless, management might consider adding a designated smoking area, possibly in part of the parking lot, to accommodate non-smokers like myself. Minor traffic noise from Kelly Drive was no issue, thanks to effective blackout curtains. Final Thoughts: ROOST Kelly Drive perfectly balances the comforts of home with hotel-like convenience.
