Arista of Rotorua studios are 20 minutes’ walk from the famous Polynesian Spa. The property features a BBQ area and a pirate ship children’s playground set in lovely gardens. Our apartment was exceptional – spacious, with a fully stocked kitchen that made meal prep so easy (they even thought of coffee creamer!). The convenient coin-operated laundry facility was a huge bonus, and its central location near downtown Rotorua was absolutely ideal. This truly felt like a home away from home, and we highly recommend it for anyone visiting Rotorua!

The owner of the property, she was lovely and a great host and gave amazing advice and was all together someone with a heart of gold and we all got along and the place we stayed in was perfect for my partner and I. All around good great time loved it and the atmosphere.

Just outside of city Centre which suited us. Only a 4 min drive into Centre with plenty of parking. Nice and quiet. All the facilities needed. Exceptionally clean. Great hosts who responded quickly to any queries and good recommendations for restaurant etc.
