Room 1, Loch Etive House, Connel near Oban, a property with a garden, is set in Connel, 5.1 km from Dunstaffnage Castle, 8 km from Corran Halls, as well as 48 km from Massacre of Glencoe. It was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Location was nice and we had use of kitchen and dining room. Also, it had a great bathtub, which was nice after hiking.

Featuring sea views, Port Nan Gael Pods provides accommodation with a bar, around 25 km from Iona Abbey and Nunnery. My pod experience was amazing. The design of them is really well considered and thought out. And you really can't beat the views out onto the water. The communication was great, and I felt really well considered even though I realize I didn't interact with anyone to check in or out (but did eat at the Inn and used the shop for snacks). It was a really special place even with the rain, a delayed Ferry ride, and coming in the dark. I want to return and stay longer!
