The extra plus was with Mikey for the hiking around the area (ask Wendy for the experience). I had the possibility to plant a tree for a good cause. Excellent place and experience. Wonderful, clean and modern looking cabins with a beautiful view overlooking Arenal Lake. big and comfortable bed, large and well functioning shower and very good and optimal use of space in the cabin. We were greeted every morning by some birds on top of our cabin, and could see and hear all kinds of wildlife from the deck overlooking the lake. Special mention for the lovely cats running around the property and coming to greet us! The hotel staff provided special vegan options for breakfast every morning, which were absolutely lovely and tasty, and which was well above our expectations. Also a big thank you for allowing us to check in at a very late time at night and staying up late especially to accomodate us, very much appreciated! Driving distance from La Fortuna and many surrounding activities and touristic locations, the cabins are located outside of the touristic area in a beautiful and quiet place.

Casa Donna Rosa B&B si trova a Nuevo Arenal e propone la vista sulla montagna, una piscina all'aperto, un giardino, una sala comune e una terrazza. We could not have asked for more. Carlos, our host, was super helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was amazing, the place was clean, quiet, bed and pillows were comfortable, near facilities and we could park our motorcycles in a sheltered parking spot. Definitely strongly recommended.

The place is beautiful and full of art everywhere. It has a little lake where you can enjoy seeing birds and diferent animals or kayaking. The attention was amazing and the breakfast was delicious. The place is so peaceful and full of nature. We will definitely come back.

The hotel is in a beautiful setting overlooking Lake Arenal, it is quite breathtaking when you arrive. The pool and Jacuzzi are lovely places to take in the scenery also. Chris, Cesar and Christopher really did look after us, nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation is made up of several 2 bedroom villas which overlook the lake. We ate in the restaurant on the two of our nights, the meals were really tasty. This hotel comes highly recommended.

This place is a hidden gem, the drive up was stunning, the host was so friendly and the apartment is beautifully decorated. The bed’s extremely comfortable, the shower has great pressure and everything is spotlessly clean. I wish I’d found this place sooner as I would happily spend a lot more time hear. The views take your breathe away. The night sounds are heavenly. There is a great breeze and the screens keep mosquitos away.

The bed is extremely comfortable, and the space is cozy and very well maintained. Breakfast was delicious, varied, and different every day – a lovely surprise! There are several good restaurants, supermarkets, and gas stations nearby, which is very convenient. Carole and Paul were outstanding hosts, always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. It was an amazing stay in every way!
