Not only was the food (even catered for vegan) fantastic, but the ability to hike and mountain bike around this huge reserve gave us real freedom to experience the land and wildlife. Thanks Hennie, we had a wonderful stay at Thabile Lodge, unfortunately only for one night. The room is perfectly cleaned, and we felt like at home talking with you and your wife in the dinner room, next to the wood stove and stroking your lovely dogs! And last but not least, the dinner and the breakfast were amazing!

Located in the Assegaay Nature Reserve just outside the town of VanWyksdorp, Rooiberg Lodge features an outdoor swimming pool and on-site restaurant all surrounded by the Rooiberg Mountain Range. Wow! We drove the" wrong" way over the rooiberg pass and arrived the back way, so this felt even more like a dramatic arrival into paradise! Riaan made us feel so welcome- lit fires, advised walking tracks and checked us in. The dinner was one of the best we had on South Africa. Great wine, roaring fire, good coffee and breakfast.... I would happily hole up in room 8 for at least a week. Thank you all for a fabulous stay.

HouseMartin Lodge & Self Catering si trova a De Rust e prevede la vista sul giardino, una piscina all'aperto, un giardino, una sala comune, una terrazza e un barbecue. The rooms were beautiful and spacious with aircon. Lush gardens and a very nice pool area. Centrally located. Very friendly and helpful owners.

Sanbona Wildlife Reserve is an authentic and contrasting natural space, conveniently located along Route 62, a mere 3.5 hours from Cape Town in the arid Little Karoo. Esperienza meravigliosa che ci porteremo per sempre nel cuore. Struttura meravigliosa, staff gentilissimo, ristoranti con cibo ottimo e i Safari game ci hanno fatto vivere delle emozioni pazzesche. Abbiamo visto tutti gli animali della riserva, compreso il ghepardo che abbiamo avuto la fortuna di vedere vicinissimo mentre si mangiava lo springbok.
