The place was beautifully decorated for Christmas and we were even invited to Christmas dinner with him and the staff. It was something special that we will always remember. Joe goes over and beyond to make your stay pleasant and I hope to visit again. I would highly recommend this unique location of Vietnam, and witness the life of the Vietnamese people and lifestyle.

If you are doing the Ha Gang loop independently, you must stay here. The rooms are amazing and get one with a "balcony" as it's sheltered from wind and rain. The views are worth 2 nights and then you can walk the Sky path which is magnificent.

I highly recommend the place to those who cherish the nature without least disturbance. Food is excellent, special and enough in quantity with local brewed whisky to add the flavor and satiate your taste buds. On top of everything, the man at the helm is a humble gentleman who makes it sure that you leave the homestay as a satisfied and happy visitor with an urge to visit again. A very humble Host.....!!!
