Loved every second of our stay! great location 50m next to Punta Uva beach, with magnificent garden (and many animals in it!), clean, comfortable and well maintained houses, very helpful staff - basically all you need for a proper vacation. fantastic value for money, we loved it!!!

Our favourite stay so far. The site is phenomenal - we explored the grounds and loved the nature. The staff were amazing they went above and beyond. Cabin was beautiful and totally allowed disconnection from the world. Lovely breakfast - all fresh from the garden. We loved it.

First of all I don't understand why some guests „criticize” the road here. You are in a jungle and consideration and respect should be given to animals, nature and people. We loved everything… The area, the bungalow and the really good breakfast (I highly recommend the french pancakes). Waking up to the different animal sounds was impressive. The staff was super friendly and every time very helpful. The rooms were also absolutely clean and comfortable with a fantastic view to the jungle. This place is a paradise - Please keep it like that! :) Thank so much for this beautiful experience. We’ll definitely come back (hopefully next year). PURA VIDA 🦥☀️

Congo Bongo EcoVillage Costa Rica si trova a Puerto Viejo, nella regione Limon, a 400 metri da Spiaggia di Manzanillo. We loved the location, the way to the beach through the jungle, and how intimate we felt in our Dream House. For dinner, you can actually walk on the beach to Manzanillo.

La Playa Negra Guesthouse si trova a Cahuita, proprio di fronte alla spiaggia. Fantastic place with a beautiful garden, plenty of wildlife! The hosts are super welcoming, taking their time to show you around and help spot the animals (sloths, toucans, lizards etc). The pool is also very nice as well as the beach just across the street - it has shade, more sloths and feels safe for kids. We would have happily spent more time there!

Location meravigliosa immersa nel verde. Bungalow molto grande e spazioso. Giacomo il ragazzo che gestisce la struttura è stato super disponibile e gentile. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene!

We had an excellent stay at Playa Grande Lodge. The grounds are lovely with plenty of wildlife. We were really lucky as we even saw a sloth in the garden! Our appartment was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. The fact that the hotel is beachfront was a big bonus. We loved going for a morning walk on Playa Grande to watch the sunrise. And finally the hosts, Gianluca and Mia, are wonderfull: very welcoming and they gave us great tips for exploring the area. Would highly reccomend!
