It was a lovely hotel. The staff were amazing The first night I noticed my sheets were damp. I started to cough and was very cold all night. The next day I noticed my sheets were changed and when I sat on the bed my back became soaking wet. I noticed the sheets had been changed and were so wet I could wring the water out. My whole bed was wet. I called the housekeeper and they apologised and changed my sheets they gave me dry ones. We always stay at this beautiful hotel. And my family always stay here. We love the spa and casino. Because I was there only two nights and became very sick from the wet sheets. I won’t ever stay there again. It was embarrassing to complain but I could not sleep in soaking wet sheets. The chamber maid apologised to me. But I ask myself. Why did she put wet sheets on my bed first the second night in a row. Very disappointing.

All good, great location and well managed hotel. Gave us everything we needed for our stay in Johannesburg. Good parking , very safe location and immediate access to all of the facilities of Monte-casino. Great restaurants and no need to drive

All was very nice. All hotel employees are well motivated and are always ready to help. Breakfast was good. they give you very flexible options: you can have buffet, have it delivered to your room FOC, or order at the table. surrounding area is very nice. Casino resort is just next door, with shops and restaurants. Hotel has nice atmosphere, like it is really stuck in colonial times.
