Everything was really perfect and over the most optimistic expectations . I booked a suite with two bedrooms,two bathrooms and a living room and i got a very good suite on the 8floor with an enormous equipped terrace and a very good sightseing, parking with valet,full entrance to the lounge, rich and good breakfast ..,,Value for money at the highest level! BUT i want to express a particular thank to Innocent , a perfect host in the lounge who supported us with the maximum competence,availability,readiness and professionality blended with a positive friendship attitude, furthermore any his suggestion for restaurant has to be followed with trust because he has a wide knowledge of this field and a very sensible capability of understanding what the customer is looking for!! A thank also to the drivers and the gate staff that in the nights,in spite of my requests for taxis they insisted to accompany me with the most comfortable car of the hotel to the various restaurants and pick me up at the end!

Easy location to beach and Promenade. Great coffee with delicious breakfast. Comfortable bed, pillows, and excellent quality bed linen. Welcoming and friendly. No loadshedding. WiFi connection excellent. There is no additional fee for onsite parking. Nothing not to like.

    Long Street during my trip to Cape Town.

    Long Street during my trip to Cape Town. The area is full of energy, with lots of great restaurants, bars, and unique shops within walking distance. It’s perfect if you want to experience the city’s nightlife and cultural vibe. The historic buildings and diverse crowd give the area a special charm. However, it can get quite noisy at night, especially on weekends, so light sleepers might want to keep that in mind. Also, be aware of your surroundings, especially after dark, as it’s a busy area with a mix of people. Overall, Long Street is a fun and lively place to stay if you’re looking to explore Cape Town’s local flavor.

    Watch out for muggers and thieves.

    Watch out for muggers and thieves. We were approached when we were trying to book an Uber and they told us a tale about no Ubers collect where we were but as they were security they would show us where was safe and we could get an Uber for there. They were criminals working a scam to take you somewhere to relieve you of your phone, credit cards and money - beware.

    When Long Street is busy, it is actually quite tolerable,...

    When Long Street is busy, it is actually quite tolerable, but on quiet days, there are just the prostitutes, beggars and drug dealers. It doesn't feel particularly unsafe (to an adult male), but it is stressful and unpleasant to walk along.

    Joining Yoann and the other guests for an excellent breakfast was a real highlight. My room was lovely (with a safe) and security was very good. It's 5 minutes to walk in to Long Street for the hop on hop off bus and perfectly safe. There are public safety marshalls everywhere.

    The guys at the reception were very helpful. The room was very comfortable and big . My first room had a problem and when they noticed ,I was quickly upgraded to a bigger and better room. The rooms also look exactly as the photos. Loved my stay and would recommend anyone looking for a place to stay. The hotel is also on the best street ,Long street and you could literally walk around and explore the city .
