This was a character filled New England Guest House . Impeccably clean and with everything we could have needed including air conditioning. Lovely hospitable hostess Denise who gave us travel tips and made us a fantastic breakfast. The location was amazing for the Main bars, restaurants and shops in Newport- which was itself amazing to visit . We loved everything about it!

Perfect location, close to everything but still quiet. Rooms have a lot of character and individual touch. We traveled with a little pet, called to inform about that prior to reservation, gave us pet-friendly room. Breakfast is much better than your average continental breakfast.

The inn is a fantastic place to stay in Newport with a super location, great facilities and absolutely fantastic staff. We loved it! Thanks so much for having to stay this November and we'd love to come back again!

What did we like? We loved, loved, loved the location! The Sea Breeze Inn is close enough to downtown Newport's shops and eats to get there conveniently, and yet it is far enough away from all that traffic and congestion so you can relax and enjoy some solitude. We also liked the fact that the windows in our room actually worked as windows are supposed to, letting in those great ocean breezes, and letting us breathe fresh air. We also liked the cooked to order breakfasts each morning.

Located only 3.2 km from Newport's shops, harbor and mansions, this Middletown, Rhode Island hotel offers contemporary amenities such as free high-speed internet access.
