United KingdomThey allowed us to check in and access our rooms at 7:30am. That was exceptional and much appreciated after spending the previous day and night in Amtrak from New Orleans.
Restaurant was reasonably priced with delicious food.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Rooms were very well-appointed.
Nice pool.

My partner and I checked-in effortlessly with the help of Viceroy's professional staff, after which we were guided to our beautiful *upgraded* room! Spotless and comfortable, with champagne and chocolates accompanied by a thoughtful note congratulating us on our 5 year anniversary. We spent nearly all mornings at the hotel's chic restaurant, Somerset, where the service and dishes were simply amazing. We would like to sincerely thank all of the staff for their warm welcome and excellent service throughout, especially Gabriel, Camille, and ofcourse Alison!

Before covid Chicago was an amazing place to be; so much to see, do and eat. Soooo much history and the 19th century architecture is beyond beautiful.
