Everything. The staff was amazingly friendly and caring and the whole hotel was sparkling clean. We have been travelling for almost two months through south asia and this has been the best stay and the best value for money we've had.

There was so much to like about this hotel. The nature integrated into the experience such as with their open dining/reception rooms and lovely courtyard gave it a really special feel. Gategaa Village embodies going the extra mile and making even the small things (like a fabric decorative bag holding the extra toilet paper roll) feel special. The staff are also friendly and helpful. They even packed us some snacks to take to the airport because we had to leave before breakfast started. The rooms are spacious with plenty of natural light from the windows and the facilities themselves were also clean and comfortable. It was a wonderful place to relax and feel at peace.

Everything was great. A modern, small hotel in a quiet area, yet not far from the city center. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean. If I visit Chiang Mai again, I would definitely stay here.
