The room was big, comfy and view was woow. The bed was big, bathroom had a bathtub and shower. The restaurant (italian) downstairs has tasty pizza, you can take to the room. We booked the hotel bc of the location - not far from the airport link and right in the shopping District.

Amazing hotel. When we checked we were given an upgrade by the staf Chananan, who litetally went out of her way and walked us up to the room herself. Location is central with connection to the siam paragon and closeby malls. Food in the hotel is so good breakfast and room service are both very good with variety of options. The room keeping staff are very considerate, when they saw i kept pillows for my kids not to fall off, the next day they plugged bed barriers. Very nice and thoughtful. Will stay there again if i happen to be in Bangkok.

    This is possibly the most crazy location in Bangkok during Songkran water festival. Need water canons - Thousands to buy here. There is a tower that sprays the crowds with a firehose heree too. Total Fun!

    The service was excellent. The staffs were attentive, clean n prompt. Everyone is happy with their job n role. Since l spend alot of time shopping in Siam Paragon, Central World n Terminal21 the hotel is just 2 stns away. So convenient. As for the massage at Panpuri it was outstanding. Abit expensive but the quality is high.
