From the outside, the hotel might not make the most striking impression – but step inside, and you’re greeted by absolutely stunning interior architecture. The lush greenery, soaring atrium, and warm lighting immediately set a welcoming tone. The pool is beautiful, especially at night – a peaceful oasis high above the city. The hotel’s dining options are excellent. Both the Asian restaurant and the steakhouse offer top-notch food and a great atmosphere. I also spent some time at the spa and was really impressed with the quality and variety of treatments available – it’s a lovely place to unwind and recharge. The location is another big plus: very well connected by MRT and within walking distance of many of Singapore’s key sights and attractions. It’s super convenient whether you're exploring Marina Bay, going shopping, or heading out for dinner. But what truly stood out for me was the hotel bar. As a solo traveler, I really cherished ending my evenings with a drink or two there. The cocktails were expertly prepared – but even more special was the warm and genuine hospitality I received from the team. Adam, Min, Fifi, and Omar (as well as a few other kind staff members whose names I sadly didn’t catch) made me feel welcome and looked after every single night. Their kindness, sincere interest in my well-being, and great energy turned a great trip into an unforgettable one. Thank you all so much – and warm greetings from Austria! Manuel

The hotel is definitely in the top 1% in the world. A monumental building, perfect location, view, service, comfort, cleanliness, and a wide variety of top-quality food... I honestly don’t know what to highlight first. The connection via an underground air-conditioned passage to the Fullerton Bay Hotel is an extravagant and comfortable addition to it all.

We loved everything about the property - the location, the decor, the views, the showers and even the warm toilet seats! I did a lot of research before deciding on this hotel in Singapore for our 2 night stopover and I am very happy to say that I made the right choice. Thank You to The Clan for our special anniversary surprises and allowing us to store luggage and shower on the day of our departure. 10/10 for everything and hope to be back !

    Quite expensive.

    Quite expensive. Queue was too long to get into the Bar, so we gave up. However, that led us to the interior Garden Bar/Cafe/ Restaurant. We had very nice Entrees and Cocktails/beers. Again, quite pricey, but definitely very enjoyable !!

    Love,love love the Raffles Hotel. It is so ICONIC. It’s a must see what ever your age but it’s not a cheap day out. They have an old world charm that makes you feel so welcome and special. I only wish I could have stayed there again. We had a fabulous day having afternoon tea, drinking Billycart Champagne followed by Singapore Slings. What a fabulous day to Celebrate my partners Birthday and my daughters Engagement. My kids were blown away!

    It was a step back in time for us with high tea everything...

    It was a step back in time for us with high tea everything my wife had dreamt of as a young girl. We spent sometime there after enjoying the high tea we went to the bar and enjoyed a Singapore Sling and other cocktails before finishing with a light meal. It is not for the budget conscious but it is worth the cost.

    The hotel was central to everything, and across the road from Raffles City shopping centre and close to the metro station. The room was spacious and very well equipped, modern and we had a great view of the city looking south. Definitely stay here again.

    The room was great, loved the Bay Window, sitting there and viewing the side we were on. Being able to have a nice relaxing bath and looking out the window from there was exceptional. Location is fantastic! We walked to the National Museum which had so much to browse and interact with. The Raffles City Mall and Chymes just across the road. Many more shopping centres, within close walking distance, and the MRT if you wanted to catch the train. Would stay in this location again. Staff were friendly, prompt and made the stay enjoyable.

    Fabulous location right above Raffles City mall, with the City Link meaning you can walk to several other malls underground. Our view from the marina bay view room was outstanding and probably the best view I've ever had in a hotel. The room was large and super comfortable. There were some really nifty features like soft lighting triggered by movement when I went to use the bathroom on the middle of the night. I loved the room. WiFi was good. Staff let us check out 1 hour later than usual which was decent.
