We were actually blown away by the locations . The haram gates were literally steps away from the hotel . We bought a suite 2 bedroom with kitchen n dinning 3 bathrooms for a family of 5 . Tons of Resturants and shopping at door stop. Exceptional value for money . Attached pictures actually takes from our room windows . You can see the hotel is just like next to haram umbrella’s

One of the best hotels I stayed at between Mekkah and Madina, they stand out for their customer orientation as hotels here are extremely busy and they rarely focus on individuals to make them feel special but here they do, they follow up. My room was overlooking Haram Nabawi, the best view I have ever had, they basically accommodated my requests as much as they could. Breakfast was super delicious though the hotel is 4 stars, the breakfast was definitely 5 stars, excellent service as well. Special thanks to concierge, reception staff Lama and guest services and manager on duty on 21/12 evening. I highly recommend this hotel from a frequent traveller and guest relations manager in one of the top 5 stars hotel in Europe.

    Masjid an Nabawi is a great place.

    Masjid an Nabawi is a great place. Very peaceful place on earth. But their man made law is very upsetting. Allah swt sent his prophet for whole mankind. Not only for Arabian people. Why do we need permission Rawdah ziarah. My last trip they didn’t allow me me to go inside. Because of the permission. I try to take permission month before but didn’t shows availability. This system should be taken off.

    Felt very much spiritual atmosphere. Very clean. I am surprised by the number of people visiting everyday and still very well managed. An hour before Salat time is a good time to get in to front rows.

    The guards have a habit of being rude and don’t speak English nor do most of the volunteers. Arrive early and in plenty of time to the fard prayers else expect to have access to main areas and be cramped into tight spaces fenced in by barriers. Take a bag for shoes too and a personal pray mat as the carpet is not always clean!

    I was sooo disappointed with my visit last year.. they had u to book to see the profit Muhammad tomb through online app. The app showing fully booked for 2 weeks a head. I wasn't told this. I start beging every one to let us in since we travel from Australia and they were rude to us. The tourists who camw with big groups was only allowed since the organisers booked for them in advance, while we who came individually won't know about these rules. they can organise it to allow all people to go in in a small group as groups of turist or individuals with 15 min time instead of getting us struggled like this. I was so lucky that one of the organiser from Egypt saw my mum crying and offer us to join there group in secret. We were so appreciated and thank full. The guards didn't even check our names they just allowed the entire group to go in. Honestly very shameful system, very unpleasant method, unprofessional. They did this on purpose so people get upset and won't come back. Very shameful ppl.

    A Peaceful and Budget-Friendly Stay Near the Haram We had a great stay at As Salam Apartment during our family trip. The rooms were clean and quiet—ideal for my elderly parents. Special thanks to Ashraful and Asif for their respectful and attentive service. The location is excellent: just a 5-minute drive or 10 SAR taxi ride to Al‑Masjid an‑Nabawi. Rooms had nice touches like a kettle and toiletries, and parking and WiFi were reliable.
