True definition of prestige. Walk in like royalty, walk out feeling elite. Friendly staff, high-end luxurious amenities, which make you want to stay in bed or the shower. We received a generous beyond expectation upgrade to an opulent suite. The fine detail of this hotel can only be appreciated by an eye that is blessed with capturing elegance. Walk in to a drop of the liquid gold oud on your skin that lingers for hours making you feel true arab aura captured in its scents that brim with affluence. Breakfast was good.

    Main Dishes in Breakfast were 4-5. No coffee machine, manual & pathetic coffee. It was disappointing. Pictures don’t do justice. Wifi has connectivity issues. Staff at breakfast was very inhospitable. We had two rooms booked. They didn’t gave us at same time. They kept on delaying & got other one after 1.30 hr of waiting. Suggest to stay near New Jeddah corniche.

    The place is really nice and comfortable. Shops and markets nearby, mosque literally 2mins from hotel. jeddah corniche is 12/15mins drive, car rent only 15/20SAR. Prince majid park is 15mins drive, 20SAR car rent. A lots of food shops and supermarkets are nearby. Pharmacy and ATM are 10mins walk. Airport 20mins drive, 30/35 SAR to airport. But to Hotel its 60/80SAR .

    The hotel location is great with the Jeddah corniche 2 mins walk. The lady who checked us in was super nice and understanding. The gentleman at the check out was also super nice and helpful. The room itself was nice and a good place to spend night in. There was some construction noise on street but nothing major and nothing hotel can do about.
