Staffs are very accomodating. Thank you to the general manager at the time on april 18 to 20 and all the staffs. Free water and coffee. Airconditioned. Very clean. The guard reserved for us a parking so we had a parking after a long day out.

I love everything in this hotel. Rooms are clean, comfortable and beds were super cozy. Buffet breakfast was really good and delicious! The buffet were plenty of choices. All hot and cold dishes were freshly prepared, beautifully presented and absolutely devine. Great staff and amazing service. The staff deserves five stars..they were so kind, helpful and they were absolutely lovely. Would definitely go back!

    The charm and beauty of Camp John Hay doesn't waiver.

    The charm and beauty of Camp John Hay doesn't waiver. I first visited this place when I was in my 20’s and now now that I am in my 40’s the place even got more beautiful. A must place to visit if you love nature and want to relax. Transportation is also not a problem because taxis are coming almost every minute.

    Derek was a lovely host - he was kind and gave us a warm welcome to our unit here in Baguio. All the rooms are clean and spacious with their very own balconies overlooking the beautiful mountains. The bathrooms are also splendid and provide hot water. Yanna’s location is really good as tourist spots such as the city centre and camp john hay for example are only a couple minutes away. Breakfast is also very delicious!

    The location is good. It has a nice view at the back. We just walked 30 mins to camp john hay for a morning walk. The sponge for washing dishes is new.

    Very spacious, and Camp John Hay is the best! This is a private room at Forest Lodge and the hotel staff at the reception are so helpful. We had a lovely stay. Great housekeeping team that kept the room clean and well-stocked throughout our stay.

    Location. Just beside The Mansion and Wright Park, near Camp John Hay. Proximity to many different dining options. Near enough to the city center (just a short taxi ride) but far enough from the crowds and traffic. Very relaxing area with wide open spaces and lots of pine trees all around.

    Great location and apartment/hotel. We had a private apartment of better standard than the usual hotel rooms (which are also good) but still have access to the facilities and excellent restaurants of the Forest Lodge and The Manor. Forest Lodge management helpfully arranged for us to play golf at Camp John Hay golf course. The host for the room is also very friendly and responsive.

    I am very pleased with the staff and manager at the Venus Hotel. They are incredibly accommodating and friendly, especially toward my mother who has a disability. They always make sure she is comfortable in our room. They serve very good food during our stay I especially love the homemade ensaymada. I chose this place because it's accessible in a tourist place like Burnham Park, Night Market, Session road, and a 15 - 20mins drive-in to Camp John Hay horseback riding.

    We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The buffet breakfast was plentiful with some good choices. The hotel is located centrally to make it easy to visit many of the local tourist spots like Camp John Hay, Mines View Park, the Strawberry Fields etc. We really enjoyed our stay here.
