Usually when you see a "Studio" apartment it means a tiny space with everything crammed in. Not the case here. The apartment was very spacious and fully equipped. There is communal laundry on site for free which is a massive plus. Kitchen was really high quality and the bed was super comfy. It's right beside Avondale train station so a quick journey into the CBD. Avondale itself was a nice area to stay with plenty of cafes and supermarkets.

The hotel was very clean and friendly staff... the restaurant downstairs food was amazing. Well done to the staff.

The rooms were like apartments. So clean and spacious. The staff were lovely and you could get food and drinks throughout the day (only limited selection) breakfast was nice but again small selection. The room was very quiet and the WiFi works great.

The hotel met our expectations. The solution with breakfast is interesting, as the hotel does not have its own kitchen. The vouchers for the bakery right next door are a good solution. Sourdough bread and excellent coffee, eggs to order, etc. A good solution.
